It sucks but you can't play this game. Injuries happen no matter what time of the game. It's easy to second guess after the fact.

Probably was scared that he screwed up his knee. The #1 fear of any player in sports.

Usually no risk of damaging it worse at that point. If a player wants to walk, and can, they will let him for his psyche if nothing else.

I'd say back would be over neck as its a little more common but yeah. You will see players lying on the field holding their knees when there's even minor contact for that reason.

I think every single Cardinal fan who prays is praying..... I have been. Honey Badger smiling is huge. If he was out for the season.... he'd be busted up.
