Exactly, people giving Lindley a pass is a joke. He played "Better" yes, but only because he had nowhere to go but up. He threw 6 interceptions by my count today, 3 of them were just dropped.
We are cursed, plain and simple.

I still think we beat Carolina. Even our own fans don't give us respect. Carolina has won 7 damn games. In a weakass division. They struggled to win games against crap opponents. Our strength of schedule is much harder and we won 11 games.

So a 7-8-1 team has the honor of having home field advantage against an 11-5 team. Gotta love NFL playoff seeding rules.

It's just a crying shame what has happened to us this year with injuries etc. I hate losing to the Seahawks and 9ers more than anything.
We got spoiled by a D that simply stifled other teams and got use to that kind of play and results. Well very few teams can sustain that for an entire season and we lost too many key players to maintain that kind of excellence.
We would have won 12 games this year (or more) if Palmer hadn't gone down.
Next man up was working wonderfully for awhile but NO team is deep enough to sustain the losses we did and win games.
Hope we can beat the Panthers because I don't want to set the NFL record for losing to a team in the playoffs who had the worst regular season record of any team ever to get into the playoffs. After that I can't see us going any further. Crying shame for sure.

don't worry... we can't set that record. The Saints lost to the 7-9 seahawks four years ago. Carolina is a smidge better at 7-8-1.
Yep, I said it all game last week. Lol. People laughed and said how awesome Taylor was with his 1.7 yard average.
