The QB threw the ball into his helmet. Why didn't the Cardinals recover the ball regardless.

It should be a fumble.

A lot will complain about the officiating, and rightfully so, but that won't be the reason this game was lost.

Special Teams (Butler and Ginn), bad tackling and a horrible, horrible QB (by necessity but still) were just too much to overcome. The Cardinals lost this game by their offense being inept and Butler and Ginn crapping the bed.

At least, that's how I have seen it.
