Yeah Belichick and Carroll did really well with their first gig too. McDaniels is a part of literally the best franchise in NFL history, a team beating the hell out of Buffalo and a team that won games with 3rd string QBs. He is absolutely going to get another shot.

Part of coaching is exuding leadership. McDaniels does not project himself as a good leader. Rather, he's a smart tactician, which makes him a great coordinator. He is the version of Wade Phillips.

This is what I hate the most. Fans that enjoy seeing other QBs hit like that. Cam seriously is taking so many hits that are offsetted or uncalled. Yet if Palmer was in Cam's situation, this fanbase would go crazy. Not many QBs would be able to get through a quarter with the hits Cam takes in.

Palmer already took a hit below the knees from the Panthers & no flag was thrown.
