Rams have a strong Oline and Dline as we saw in London

Will the Cardinals come out fired up to protect the nest?

Will BG start looking down field and not make so many check down throws?

Will the Oline give BG enough time make his reads?

Will BG cut down on the bad throws he seems to make late in the games?

Will the WR's start running routes that are past the first down line?

Will the D hold the Rams to a low point game?

Will the ST's continue to improve and be an asset?

Will BA quit calling the plays that everyone in the entire stadium knows what they before we run them?

Peterson probably out, Kerwynn with cracked ribs and a really tough Rams defense... I think today is the day the Gabbert hype train is derailed

Cards have a shot today and I do expect them to play the Rams much tougher what with being so embarrassed in London and the fact that they tend to perform better at home. But let’s face it, to win today they’ll need to avoid their typical 2017 in-game disasters such as “we just drove the field and missed a chip shot FG (so let’s go in the tank),” or “here’s a killer TO that leads directly to 7 points,” or “I think I’ll field this punt on our 2 yard line” kind of thing. This team simply isn’t good enough to make big mistakes and still beat LA. Regardless, I believe today’s game will prove to be an excellent gauge of the team. If they can hang with the Rams, then perhaps it will demonstrate that they’re climbing out of the malaise that’s plagued the club for the past year +.

So it’s Gabbert’s fault if he can’t win with no running game, receivers with dropsy and a terrible O-line. This Ram D has a habit of knocking out QBs so I just hope Gabbert makes it out in one piece. That he beat anybody with this team is amazing. Sadly I don’t expect today to be a rerun.

I'm assuming we will be seeing quite a bit of Foster at RB today. Good chance to see what we have in him. He was running hard last game in the opportunities he had.

If the Cardinals want to win, it will be more about our defense and stopping Gurley. Gabbert has played the Rams before and knows what their pass rush is like, this does not concern me too much. It is seeing this defense getting gashed as the game goes on because they cannot stop the run and our offense not seeing the field. Yes, the Cardinals need to get a running game going but that applies even more so to us stopping the run

The Cardinals have to find a counter for Mcvay calling audible at the line of scrimmage.

Mike Jurecki Retweeted Adam Schefter

Peterson missed practice all week. As Kerwynn Williams is dealing with cracked ribs, Bronson Hill, D.J. Foster, and Elijah Penny will all be in the mix for carries should Peterson not be able to go.

#AZCardinals LB CHANDLER JONES ties for 2nd NFL with 12 sacks. Has 5 sacks in past 3 at home. In 4 career games vs. Rams, has 4.5 sacks & 2 FFs. He aims for 5th in row vs. Rams & 4th in row vs. NFC West with sack.

#AZCardinals WR LARRY FITZGERALD ranks 3rd in NFL with 72 receptions. He has 15,169 career rec. yards & needs 40 to surpass ISAAC BRUCE (15,208) for 4th most all-time. In past 3 at home vs. division, has 26 receptions for 277 yards (92.3 per game) & TD.

Didn't say it was his fault, but I fully expect the "Gabbert is the future" talks to be seriously muted after this one.

I just have this sneaking feeling we find a way to win this one despite all signs pointing the opposite way, making a greater and greater case for Gabbert to be our starter in 2018, and prevent us from drafting a quarterback in the first round.

Then Gabbert will crap the bed in '18.

I think the Rams win 35-13. Probably a mix of Not So Special Teams and not being able to stop the Rams from converting on 3rd down all day that will kill the Cards. And, probably 3 or 4 turnovers between interceptions and fumbles.

And, who is Bronson Hill?

I hope I'm wrong and will GLADLY eat much crow pie if the Cars actually pull out a win today.

Ha. You can say that about any QB behind this patchwork line and now without a RB threat.

I think this is a make or break game for a lot of different reasons. If we fight and are competitive then I believe we will make moderate personnel changes in the offseason. If we get blown out again, we will get the overhaul we all expect.

This sounds about right.

Totally agree. Hope he doesn't get hurt. Probably should start Barkley.:D

Ot, we need to hire away Packers ST coach. They've blocked a punt, had several good kickoff returns in just the 1st half! I forgot what it's like to see that after watching this Amos joker....
