I will never understand how they define outside the tackle box on intentional grounding. I thought that first down play was very close to grounding but the announcers didn't even bring it up so must just be me.

I thought the same thing.

Tony Jefferson got away with a face mask bringing down Wilson. Wilson also had TJs face mask so I guess they let it go.
