I knew it was some 80s sci-fi/fantasy, but couldn't figure it out.
I liked the little star thing he used as a weapon. It was pretty bad after a re-watch a couple of years ago. I'll look for a screen shot real quick.

I can't believe I didn't remember these lines (googled). Oh well, the only line I use often from that movie has to do with the gas station attack. Anytime we see someone shooting at something and missing, my wife or I will inevitably say some version of "he hates those cans". Horrible movie but horribly funny at times.
And the screenshot is in your corner still Chap, even though there was a slight detour.
Now I'm just annoyed at the lot of you. Don't make me stop this car. We're on a quest for fun!

I will give up mine above since I don't think anybody will get it. The movie I posted above was from Treasure of the 4 Crowns. My theme of the last two were cheesy 3D 80's movies. This was actually the first film I ever watched in a theater in 3D.
