he can be just fine in any place of the league that has a good distributor on its team. If the hornets didn't have west, he'd be awesome there. boozer already said he'll opt out, so maybe the jazz will look for him to pair with williams instead of trying to resign Carlos. Cleveland fans talk quite a bit about trying to sign him, as he'd be a perfect fit to play with lebron. Of course we know what he can do in a d'antoni system, so new york would be an easy place for him to play. Same for golden state.

I think amare's best chance to win will be away from phoenix when his contract is up. I would be more surprised to see him stay than i would be if he left.

It's a possibility for sure. However, honestly, how many big men are even available in the NBA? Especially one with Amare's skills. Amare may never fullfill all the expecations but I just don't see this team letting Amare go without having someone proven to fill his shoes. I just don't see it.

Unless they could fill the gap, I say there isn't much chance the Suns don't offer him max.

I don't think Amare wants to play with the Suns in the future. I can seeing it playing out almost like the Joe Johnson situation. If it does play out in a similar way I want the Suns to get more than junk in return. That's why it's better to trade a player a year earlier than a year later. I would wait until near the trading deadline before I would make such a major move to see if the Suns can get their act together. Believe me, I would really like to be wrong about the matter. I think if the Suns could get a PG like Pargo to rest Nash, things would look a lot brighter. Also another big man wouldn't hurt.

Amare was very good, actually better than last season, until recent slump. According my observation, it started from Xmas, 3 possesion without a point on Duncan. Then, the back-to-back away game sets, foul trouble and ejection with double-T.

Now, officially, Amare has quitted his job. I don't know what happened or is happening behind the lockroom door. But it doesn't look like pure basketball reason for me. Maybe Amare asked an extention and turned down? Maybe Amare feel his job threatened by Shaq, after Shaq lead the second unit to wins?

Whatever, we r screwed, the season is over. Looking foward to the lottery. Let's hope we have as much luck as the Bulls.
