Ignored? Every screen shot all day showed Fitz doubled and bracketed all day. Better than to force it IMO and get an int. it's good to see we can win without him going off.

Plus I'm glad I made jersey spend 40.00 for that king of production :D

I'll believe that when I see it with my own eyes on the coach's film, thanks, Shane. I'll let you know whether it's there or not.

Housler had a big catch that was reviewed and upheld.

Floyd I don't know, kid apparently can't even lineup correctly. I pointed it out in the game thread I don't know if we were going to snap the ball or not but first Kolb them a WR then Kolb again were yelling at him before we called TO so he clearly lined up incorrectly on that play. If you're only in 2-3 plays at least line up correctly.

Williams ahd the huge first down 13 yard run but then absolutely choked on the fumble.

Wait, Cards went conservative in the second half. So Kolb's numbers suffered. Duh.

Honest question: knowing what the thread with this title was last week, if you didn't want to hear about guys who didn't get off the plane for the game, why bother even clicking on this thread?

Hilarious to me that I'm the naysayer and darksider when I was the only one who put up a reasonable (and prescient) argument that we would win today's game.

Floyd was in to block today.... I saw one crack back block on a toss-sweep. Otherwise he was invisible.

Stewart Bradley
Michael Floyd
Rob Housler
O'Brien Schofield

At least we found Ryan Williams. Unfortunately, he was stinking drunk in the fetal position weeping and complaining about being "probed." 1.3 YPC, 0 TDs, 2 fumbles. So glad we spent a high second round pick on this guy.

Stewart Bradley-Looking like a total waste.

Michael Floyd-Fitz got one touch so I'm still not panicking. I refuseto judge our pass catchers until we get a competent QB.

Rob Housler-Showed up, made a big catch. Again, not as quickly as I had hoped, but hopefully this is a step.

O'Brian Schofield-Non factor and probably should lose his job to Groves.

Ryan Williams-Still the most disappointing player for me. It is still early, but he is showing nothing at this point. The fumbles are killers.

However, despite all of this, we still won the game. Lots of things to improve on however, especially on offense, which will hopefully keep us focused on improving.

I'll also add here that I was wrong-ish about Kevin Kolb. He is capable at playing at a Matt Cassel level. My fear now is that he'll continue to play like this, and we'll be looking at having to pay $9 million next year with a $15 million cap charge for a guy who is going to put up an 85 QB rating on the year.

It'll be interesting to see what happens if Kolb finds ways to win/not lose while Fitz gets ignored in the offense.

I thought Kolb played a very cautious game today

Most of it was good-- historically when Kolb rolls right, things didn't end well. I saw only one bad decision today under pressure in terms of a throw.

He just needs to hit the standard throws: Complete two of 1. The seam to Heap, 2. The screen to Hyphen 3. The slant to Larry where if it's number high, Fitz catches it and has an easy first down.

I was wrong about Quentin Groves, though. Don't know what happened in finally finding a role in the Cards defense, or being put in a position to succeed, or just not having to be The Man, but he's been a great contributor. He could still take Schofield's job--and I say that as a huge Schofield fan since we drafted him.

Wasn't Groves another one of those guys who was in the wrong system prior to coming to the AZ? Probably not but I was just curious. More likely he's just one of the few guys who suddenly realize the gravy train of the NFL is slipping away and turn things around.

Our linebackers are really an enigma. Washington has been stellar. Lenon looks like he found the fountain of youth. Acho keeps racking up sacks and now Groves seems to have resurrected his career. Meanwhile we wonder what is wrong with Schofield and Bradley.

Kolb should be benched. His completion % was only 55.6% and we all know that the only thing that matters with a QB is his completion %. The Defense and Special Teams won today's game. Kolb was just the lucky beneficiary. :)

All kidding aside we can probably look forward to these type games from our QB's for the rest of the season. It's been 12 games now and we're 9-2 so it works for me.

What doies your prediction have to do with your negative tone immediately following a HUGE win with no ability to say anything positive about the team. All you do is mire around in what went wring????

You are one strange bird K9.

Calling people out for not showing up in a win seems meaningless. Who cares? The team won the game...

We employed a very odd set today on D, I'd be very interested to see the total number of snaps Carter and Dan got today.

Why do you guys feed his enormous ego by responding to this non-sensical thread? We all know Bradley was bad signing. K9 obviously needs his ego fed and wants to stell evryone he predicted the Cards would win.

I predicted Quentin Groves would be the surprise player of the year and that Fleming would be starting early on. I may start a thread saying look at me, look at me, I was right, I was right, Look at me. I'll break down coach's tape and get back to you. I guess some people are really important.

Despite all what?

We are talking about players that don't or barely see the field for Pete's sake. Forrest from the trees in full effect here.

Despite my arse. We won because the players that are getting the job done and beat out others for their spot on the field and in the game plan are getting the job done.

Who cares if who is out on the field doesn't line a up perfectly with the Cardinals accounting department or a players' draft position. The best players to get the job done are out on the field getting in done.

We found a pot of gold and we are worrying about scratches on tje coins.

I have no problem with the topic of this thread and to add to it I still have not given up on Stewart Bradley & think Lenon is better than given credit for.

But come on. Lets keep a frame of reference. K9's list is a bunch of role players
