It feels like a big time coaching tree is going to happen in AZ.

It is a possibility. Belichick calls these 20/20guys or 30/30 guys. 20 or 30 years old and willing to work for 20 or 30k. People who are willing to do this and do a great job are those that you know are committed to growing and developing. Self motivation is what leads to people becoming great at what they do. It isn't just a thing in football either.
