Right now. I have no clue what is going on with Greg Monroe. I am really hoping something happens soon that makes me sit up and say

"So, aha, THATS what you were up to with all this."

It really bugs me that people are calling for McD's head. This team is in such better shape than it was with Blanks and Babby. McD has not been perfect, no gm is. But he has done a lot of things well, and it stands to reason that as he gains experience he will get better at it.
6 months ago I would have agreed with you. But now? I'm not sure the amount of wins he has had even equals the amount of losses.

With the Suns having Miami's pick, I would think the Suns would like to win this one.

Meh. Can't win, either our pick or their pick gets worse. Can't lose, either our pick or their pick gets better. Take your pick.

Miami still is protection on their pick, right? So we want them to win helps our tank makes our receipt of their pick more likely.

Whiteside abuses Len inside. He cannot guard him. The Suns are trying to beat Whiteside down the court to score more easily.

Suns trail 10-2 early in 1st quarter.

Suns obviously energized by the trade.

Len already has 2 PFs with 7:18 in the 1st quarter.

He goes to the bench. Bender is the center.

Bender played good defense on Whiteside down low but he was called for the foul.

Len is making a statement on his value or lack thereof by not being on the court.

Bender gets Whiteside to commit his second foul by driving to the bucket with no fear.

Perhaps the Suns should make a commitment to make Bender the starting center and see what happens.

Eventually this could be Bender's natural position.

James won't be able to stay on the main roster much longer anyways. I would think the Suns are trying to make a move for another PG because Ulis is the only healthy PG on the roster. James in on a "Two-Way Contract" and can only spend 45 days with the main roster while the G-League is playing. Wouldn't surprise me if that has something to do with Chandler being out, working on a trade for a PG on an expiring deal. Since Knight will return next year they don't need a PG for more than this season. Of course I'd like to see Knight be moved but he'll have to return before we could trade him without including picks with him to dump his contract. I'm glad they didn't get suckered into taking back Delledova's contract from Milwaukee.

The Suns have an option to covert James to a standard NBA contract.

It would be nice if we could actually be bothered to play some defense. Heat shooting 59% (24/41) with 9/17 3 pointers at the half.

The Suns really need another center not named Len.

This team is losing heart.

And its November.

It's not losing heart they just don't have the horses.

TJ Warren just isn't agressive enough. He can score but he just flat out goes missing.

Other than those two where is the offense gonna come from? Len, Chandler, Bender, Chriss, Jackson are all below average on the offensive end for various reasons at this stage in their careers.

Who's the best scorer off the bench?
