no, i think everyone is sick of you trying to feel sorry for yourself. we won the division, worst in history? id argue we arent even teh worst this year (AFC WEST). be happy, we have a home playoff game, you would rather be right then happy, which is TRULY sad.

Yup but if we get doused in the playoffs go 6-10 next year 3-13 the year after then fire whiz cheese and the other "darksiders" (whatever that is really) are the first to say they knew it all along. Meanwhile they pile on people who simply arent all enamored with the product on the field.

Dont worry I was in this position in 2201, 2002, 2003 etc etc etc

I think Im used to it by now guys. But please pile on at will. :)

With the difference off course being that we didn't come any where near the playoffs in the years you mentioned.

Yes, we're in a bad division. Yes, the team has some big holes. But we're still a decent/good team. If we were a bad team, we wouldn't be 9-7. Bad teams don't win more games than they lose.

was hoping carolina would lose... didn't happen... looks like its my dirty birds flying west to az... How do yall feel about game?.. me?.. i feel good... we got good defense led by abraham... good run game led by turner... good pass game led by ryan... so whats our game plan to stop az?.. run, run, run, keep kurt off the field, and play pass d?.. what do you suggest?.. And what will be your plan to stop atlanta?.. i have 1 suggestion to keep your roof open as dirty birds play better in domes...

p.s.- im not interested in smack off... just intelligent game talk from knowledgeable fans...

good luck to both and hope for no injuries!!!

Good post TN, and congratulations on a great year for the dirty birds. Your team is an example of what good ownership and coaching can do.

As for the game on Sat, I don't like the way this one is shaping up.

Our defense is shaky, and Warner is starting to get that thousand-yard stare in his eyes again.

However, it is in the "big toaster". We bow up a little at home. Also, this is the biggest game for this franchise in about 80 years.

If your offense brings it's "A" game, you'll probably win.

ATL will need to play a good game to win.

Oh on Saturday Ill be happy. I'll have the hope of winning the same as if I were fighting Mike Tyson in 1988 for the Heavyweight crown. Mike could slip into my fist or I could launch one haymaker and KO him. Chances are slim to none but there is always that glimmer of hope.

I guess I just want ore that that little glimmer while you all are happy for what little you get thats the only difference.

If the Cardinals win, I will be happy about it.

I will be a bit less happy, but still quite happy, that it means that you lost your money.

Yeah, Cardinals vs. Falcons is EXACTLY like you vs. the 1988 Mike Tyson. :biglaugh:

As we unfortunately watched the game from home we got to here the play by play announcer and I think he summed it up the best.

After the game he said "To suggest that the Cardinals have no chance next week is lunacy" and yes he did use the word lunacy.
