Also btw it might seem like I am totally against Lonzo Ball, but I am not. I have him 3rd or 4th on my board and only Fultz, Tatum and probably Smith higher. It is not a Bender situation who I had in the 12-20 range and was totally against drafting high.

v2
1. Markelle Fultz (DX#1)
2. Jayson Tatum (DX#4)
3. Dennis Smith (DX#6)
4. Lonzo Ball (DX#2)
5. Lauri Markkanen (DX#7) +2
6. Josh Jackson (DX#3) -1
7. De'aaron Fox (DX#5) +1
8. Malik Monk (DX#8) -2
9. Jonathan Isaac (DX#9)
10. Caleb Swanigan (DX#29) +1
11. Bam Adebayo (DX#27) new
12 Miles Bridges (DX#12) -2
13. Robert Williams (DX#10) -1

dropped giles and trier
----------------------
14. Terrance Ferguson(DX#14) - hard to judge since he went to Australia instead of Arizona, he is a gamble on talent
15. Frank Ntilikina (DX#11) - raw, does not finish well, does not really know how to run an offense
16. Allonzo Trier (DX#35 2018) - liked him last year as a late first, he only got better
17. Ivan Rabb (DX#22) - high floor solid player ala PJ Brown

Do we have a late first this year? Caleb Swanigan looks like he'd be an awesome fit for us as a stretch 4.

Our 33rd pick is pretty close and Id like to believe that we could move for another pick without touching our core young guys.

It is an unrealistic wish but Terrance Ferguson at 33 would be my dream He is under the radar because he ditched Arizona to play overseas in Australia.
He is a JR Smith like SG in terms of athleticism and shooting the 3. He is 6'7 so when he gets stronger might be versatile enough to play 2 and 3.

Was one of top rated players of the class.

That 33rd pick has some real potential. The consensus seems to be that this year's draft is stronger than last year's and Zubac, Ulis and Brogdan (all 2nd rounders) look like real keepers already.

I have never wanted a player more than I want Josh Jackson this year.

Overall Bridges still had a better game even when Kansas showed they are the better team and in the end pulled away.

He had more rebounds, but otherwise didn't really seem to do anything better. Jackson didn't exactly need to have a good rebounding day as Kansas still won the rebounding battle by 8.

I don't know how you guys aren't salivating over a possible Ball/Booker back court. It's literally got everything... shooting, passing, athleticism AND size.

What Lonzo did in the 2nd half tonight with the thumb, the bruised hip and the off court distractions is pretty remarkable. By far the best player UCLA has had since Ed O'Bannon. Westbrook obviously a great pro but he wasn't as good at UCLA.

Personally Id rather have dwyane wade (fultz) or a pippen/McGrady hybrid (jackson) than jason kidd.

But yes ball was impressive, but jackson was the most impressive today.

And I say this acknowledging maybe lavar is right, his son will be steph curry some day, could see him being a 45% 3 point shooter in his prime.

Man... I don't know. First, we're talking Jason Kidd... who so believe has a quicker first step AND can actually shoot. That makes him potentially MUCH better.

And I like what I saw out Of Jackson, but I fear he's the biggest risk amongst the three. tand Fultz/Wade... hmmm... Wade is such an outlier as a team defining player as a tweener that I'm just not sure that's a definite home-run there.

Any of them would instantly make us MUCH more interesting... especially Fultz and Ball. I just think Ball is cant miss. Maybe has a slightly lower ceiling than Fultz but has a much high floor, IMO.

I think the Jason Kidd comparison is better and that is not bad.

If he had a quicker first step than kidd, I'd say hell yeah... but he doesnt. That's the main reason I'm for jackson, I think his bounce and first step is more of a sure thing in the nba than ball.

Ball is more agile and can fly unlike kidd, but even checkout kidd college highlights omnyoutube as a reminder, he had westbrook speed. I remember going to suns games in person and he was flying by everybody.

Kidd only could shoot when he was older, no jumper for most of his career. Ball has potential to be excellent shooter

His shooting form is not good. Do you think it will work in the pros? It could be he has to change his shooting style much like Hornacek had to do.

Man... I never saw that speed from Kidd. Maybe running full Court, but he didn't have anything like Westbrook's absolutely stupid burst in the half court.

The release point is normal, not like he is shooting from hip. How he gets to the point is odd, I think he should be OK in most cases... I don't think it will limit his shot type like marion who took a set shot.

I really like how Lonzo never stops his dribble. Very Nash-like...

His speed is a notch or two below Wall (as a prospect) who could go 30ft with one dribble.
