Hungry Cardinals....

It was encouraging to read the John Lott comment that the Cards are very hungry preparing for the season. This may seem a no-brainer but for many years all I heard was, well they got their paycheck so they really don't care. Things have changed! ...And I think that stems from the guy at the top...Coach Whiz'.

I was unaware of his history until the recent NFL network clip. 12th round draft choice. Played 9 years in the NFL. That says to me: hard-worker, smarts, determination, and heart. When I look at recent Cardinal history who are we drafting?? Players that seem alot like Coach Whiz'. Guys that come into the league hearing...Not good enough! I think you can win w/guys who will work. ...and work. ...and keep on working. You add in some All-Pro talent (ie; Fitz', Dockett, and Wilson) and I like our chances.

These are GREAT days to be a Cardinals' fan, my friends.

You've got that right Mark. Most of these are people of great character. They have a good work ethic and are willing to learn to get better.

These last 6 years have been great to be a Cardinals fan. I know that is when Dennis Green was here. That also let you know that the Bidwill's were serious about winning. It beats the previous decades.
