Adapting you team & players to their strengths are what separates the good ones. Imo that’s where Wilks is failing big time!

Bucannon was serviceable before Wilks came to town. There should have been some way to use him. Reddick...I guess we will never know. But the biggest examples are David Johnson and Patrick Peterson.

He's still a novice HC? It's not a legitimate excuse and won't be one in a couple months but it's an excuse.

McCoy has been serving at this job or higher for more than a decade. His futility is totally inexcusable.

One issue that is worth mentioning is that our LB play is so bad that it is tough to really evaluate our rush defense. We create so many rushing lanes with poor play and misalignment that it is tough to really tell what is going on.
