Our D Line is fine in the trenches. Keeping games competitive
“Fine” as in getting holes blown in them? The Vikings averaged 66 yards per game coming into today. 66!!! That’s a mighty impressive and fine defensive line!!!

Defense stinks too, but we have one of the best defensive playmakers in the league in Chandler

We are gashed from the opening drive on the ground. Run D is horrible. D does make plays though and can generate pressure. We need LB's.

Pick your poison, Diggs knows how to eat as well.

Heard the announcers say Michael B. told them they weren't looking for a HC who was an xes and oes genius but an exceptional leader.

That's a solid plan but your coordinators then do have to be excellent. The other issue is if your coordinators are excellent then they get hired away so you keep churning critical employees.

I did see improvements with the offense today but I don't get the sense McCoy is even decent let alone exceptional.

McCoy is the worst I have ever seen in 30 years of watching football

Our D isn't playing that good, our scheme isn't that good and our players overcome many problems that this system has, but even when they do, they get beat too.

And no it is never a good choice to play a system over your strenghts ... never.

The problem was that Arians was a genius at Xes and Oes AND being an exceptional leader.

We should of tried to find both, but if not, we needed to get an Xes and Oes guy who has the pulse on modern NFL football.

Wilks seems like a conductor who doesn't seem to know what the music is or that his orchestra sucks.

I agree about BA but think his leadership style has a limited shelf life which is why Michael was focusing so much on an exceptional leader.

I’ve seen many so called exceptional leaders fail as NFL HC.

I’d rather have a combo of both. I really have no faith in Wilks because of his conservative offensive philosophy which he said day one was “pound the rock”. That just doesn’t win consistently in today’s NFL

The fact McCoy is still employed after 6 games with the team dead last in the league at everything tells me Bidwill is in tank mode.

Wilks isn't the answer, never will be. Cut him and the staff loose after the season and start from scratch. This could be the worst team I've ever seen

While I agree that I would prefer a HC with both skill sets l have seen a ton with only the x and o skills fail miserably.

3 of the 4 of the teams in last year's championship games had top ten rushing attacks. So being able to run the ball is very important.

Exactly why I said it should be a combo this day & age.

I’d say more fail based on strictly leadership, because most are leaders in some way or form.

Adapting you team & players to their strengths are what separates the good ones. Imo that’s where Wilks is failing big time!
