To the disappointment of many, I believe he'll be back. But only if he's willing to change things with the lineup... (Kerr) and play younger guys.

There's just nowhere else for him to go, and nowhere else for the Sun's to go.

It all depends on rather or not he decides to quit. The Suns won't fire him, there is no one to replace him.

I think D'Antoni will look at the other teams he could end up coaching and realize that his best shot to win is in Phoenix. I agree, D'Antoni coaches the Suns again next year.

I am hoping if D'Antoni is brought back, they MUST fire Phil Webber and Coke Head Humphries, and get someone to get Amare some real defensive bigman coaching.

Dwight Howard and Andrew Bynum have big men coaches why shouldn't the Suns follow this and get Amare some real coaching? It seems like we have guys like Phil Webber teaching Shaq how to shoot 50% from the line- GREAT!!!- and Dan Dan writing love letters to Leandro not to mention Humphries is the Miles Simon of NBA coaching, fire all these clowns.

I'd really like to have an understanding of how most of this board decides to place apostrophes. It's striking me as more and more random all the time. Do you roll dice or something?

Bynum has Kareem
Howard has Ewing
Yao has Hakeem
Amare has Humphries

Do you have a counter point a bit stronger than grammar?

Alvin Adams??
Alvan Adams playing weight was 212 lbs. He played Center at the top of the key. He was guarded by Forwards, while our Power Forward was smothered by Centers.

Alvan did a great job of overseeing the building of our new arena. But coach big men? No, thanks. Not unless the NBA allows them to wear hard hats on the court. :)

No way he can come back now. D'Antoni camp has been allowed to seek opportunities with other teams. Once D'Antoni takes that offer that basically says "I want to leave". There is no way to repair that, especially with the players. Plus, that also states we can't come to an agreement.

We all know how stubborn D'Antoni is. Why would he change now?

This means nothing. The worst thing that happened is Kerr telling the media that he wouldn't grant permission for D'Antoni to talk to other teams. It makes him look bad.

For all we know, D'Antoni ASKED to at least be given the opportunity to see what else is out there, and instead of Kerr saying, "No way", he said ok. You guys are acting like Kerr said OK right out of the blue. I can almost guarantee that D'Antoni ASKED for Kerr to give the permission. Does that mean he wants to leave the Suns? Maybe, maybe not.

The bigger thing that has happened was Amare's comments about D'Antoni, not anything Kerr said.

Steve Kerr wants the same exact things that everyone on this board has been whining about for a year. Why don't you guys just sit back and see if he follows through on it? Instead, everybody is ready to jump ship (as usual). Because if the coach you all hate is gone, well then the team is doomed. Wait. THAT logic is flawed, isn't it? Isn't this what all you people want??
