It's easy to underestimate how fast you are going in a Merc amg.
80 mph feels like a cruise, then when you factor in the acceleration.
Idk why do they insert dialogue on the stop itself though. Like can 22 year old be human

dont know about a AMG, but i got to drive an Audi RS7
acceleration is so effortless and smooth that 80+ felt like 40
i was on an empty weekend freeway though -- not a surface street
I think we are probably just a couple years away from cars regulating themselves to some degree based on them being able to read and know the posted speed limits and adjusting the speed the car can go. Maybe speeding tickets will soon be a thing of the past, and/or the blame will be on the car's system malfunctioning. They also should be able to keep a driver from starting a car if he is over the DUI %.
Now if they will be able to keep your wife from making any back seat driving remarks, they will have something.
My 57 F100 that I take out on weekends to blow the dust off occasionally will see a few high speed bursts. My truck has to work hard to get to 80 and I still get there
Bad@ss. I was just looking at an 67 f100. I wanted it bad but the guy wanted too much money for the Harry homeowner customizations he did that I was going to rip off anyway. My 57 F100 that I take out on weekends to blow the dust off occasionally will see a few high speed bursts.
Mine is pretty much stock other than a built 390, drivetrain and suspension.Bad@ss. I was just looking at an 67 f100. I wanted it bad but the guy wanted too much money for the Harry homeowner customizations he did that I was going to rip off anyway.
Yeah. I have one... You gently press the accelerator and think you are slowly rolling along and feeling like that - until you realize that you are doing 70 mph. That is with the small 43 engine. It's easy to underestimate how fast you are going in a Merc amg.

I agree with you, but I know some really good people that still love to drive fast. An they're sober doing it.Why would anyone need to drive a car with almost 700hp?
