You can tell that the offense seems average at best right now. What a difference 1 person makes. It seems like Kurt and Haley had chemistry, where Whisenhunt and Warner are way off.

I was unaware that Todd Haley was responsible for Kurt not throwing the ball a) at receivers feet b) over their heads c) 6 feet to their left/right or D) Directly to an opposing defender, all of which he has been doing in the preseason. Kurt's passing is way off right now along with his chemistry with the wideouts We aren't digging into the playbook at all right now on top of KW not playing well all, I'd start worrying about the offense if they play this poorly in a regular season game or two. I'm personally much more worried about the defense, even though it is just the preseason. They better show up with a HELL of a lot more fire and focus in the regular season or we are in for a long year.

This debacle isn't because of Haley's departure, This is on Whiz.. This team is not even close to being focused right now, the boneheaded penalties need to stop too.

Hopefully they pull their heads out for the regular season.

Haley is gone. He's not a Cardinal anymore. I'm not looking back and regretting his departure. Not because he wasn't good, but I have to move forward with who the Cards have now.

This coaching staff seems less demanding without him thus far. Whiz has too much on his plate and needs to keep an even keel. He needs someone to be the tough guy, other than Russ Grimm.

Some people aren't over Jake Plummer yet. I think we are allowed to mourn Haley at least a little. :D

I liked Haley quite a bit. But as soon as Whiz gets the Offense rolling in the regular season, the amount I miss Haley will decrease exponentially.

I miss him, but not based on the performance this year, I just don't think HC's should be calling plays on gameday.

I think maybe everyone should calm down a little it is preseason everything kind of vanilla. Think we will have a better view of the team once we play a REAL game with the starters and all the scheming and blitzing and Boldin, Fitz, Breaston in a full game. If after that game we still looked this bad or out of sinc then we can worry. For now I am going to withold judgement but our preseason was not encouraging to say the least. Well with one exception it appears we have a legitimate RB on the team.

It's too early to tell if he'll be missed or not. Personally I don't think so.

At least not by Boldin.

Looks like Whiz's promotion to "God Status" only last four pre-season games.

I guess I'm a little late to the party if I was going to start a "I miss Marc Trestman" thread

BTW, he's a head coach in the CFL

The offense has obviously looked poor thus far in the preseason, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the offensive coordinator. It has been well documented that there has been no game planning for these games. Thats really where the OC takes effect. So to draw conclusions about Haley's absence this far is premature.

The things that are concerning are Warner not looking healthy and not throwing the ball well. There have also been to many mental mistakes made (see Steve Breaston lining up wrong twice). I guess you could say that you feel like Haley helped the offense focus and be more precise, but shouldn't we wait and see if they perform when it counts? (not that it is good to slack off when it doesn't).

I am just baffled by those who think we are screwed without Haley when they haven't even seen our "offensive coordinator committee" game plan a game yet. That makes no sense.

Hey, kick back, drink a stresso-expresso--make mine a double please, dbl shot of Crown Royal, watch a winnable game next Sunday if you can't make it in person, stay where you're safe. Have some good food, friends, family around,

I really miss Todd Haley. Our playcalling was so bland.
