What's the cost of that canned corn?

I would say the TJ's frozen is comparable...especially with the amount of corn you get in each.
I believe it was 2/$1.00. So, since it took 2 cans...$1.00 (may have even been less...it was on a killer sale). I doubt TJ's is comparable.

2 fer a dollar for whole cans of corn. Pretty good if one is trying to make it to payday. No doubt.

IIRC, TJ's frozen is $1.99 (least it was, maybe $1.89) for a 16 oz bag.

And the taste is incredible.

*does not work for Trader Joe's*

How does she know I don't do any consulting for them, huh smart guy?

:p
Because I know everything. :D

Sooo, Sara (my 8 year old) asked if we could have corn for dinner (completely unrelated to this conversation...some inside joke she has with her sister regarding Halloween corn mazes). Anyway, I thought it kinda funny that her request & this conversation took place on the same day, so I told her about all of this.

She asked me to ask you all what the difference is between CORN...and...CORN. :D My trailer daughter...I'm raising her well.

She said, "Well, Barack Obama is BETTER. How is CORN better than CORN?"

LOL.

Hillary Clinton likes canned corn.

I saw Barack Obama buying Organic Sweet Yellow Corn at Trader Joe's when he was here for his speech..true story.

You ARE good at what you do.

Tell you what...There's a TJ right here at Arrowhead. I'll go buy some of your FABULOUS corn & we'll have a taste test tonight. I promise it will be fair & will post everyone's honest opinions.

Oh, and Sara says that MAYBE Barack Obama wasn't close to a regular store when he was here to buy canned corn, and Hillary wasn't near TJ's.
