I'm surprised we aren't being flexed into more Primetime slots

Arguably the Cards have been in the game of the week the last 3 weeks.

Vs Seattle
Vs Miami
Vs Buffalo

Have all been the most entertaining, high scoring games of weeks 8 through 10.

They are certainly living up to Cardiac Cards. We need an easy one to catch our breath

Seattle was a flex, due to Raiders and their covid concerns.

The 49ers Christmas weekend game is TBD. I am guessing it is a Saturday afternoon game

Week 17 against the Rams has a good chance of being flexed if that game decides the division

I'm looking at the Eagles game.

remember, the SNF game that week needs to be a bit of a letdown first. Then the broadcast companies have to not protect the game IIRC.

The week the Eagles come to AZ, the SNF game is the Niners vs. the Cowboys.

This gives them the same east coast bias thing plus the NFC west sizzle. Especially if the Eagles are still fighting for the division.

Our competition this week would be:
Miami vs. New England - Harder switch from 1pm KO
Saints vs. Chiefs - easy switch from 4pm KO
Bucs vs. Falcons - Harder switch from 1pm KO

The other easy one is the week 17 game against the Rams if the division is still up for grabs. But the Packers play the Bears that week so it might be a tough call.

Next few weeks of SNF:
Week 11: Chiefs & Raiders - No way
Week 12: Bears vs. Packers - No way
Week 13: Broncos vs. Chiefs - No Way
Week 14: Steelers vs. Bills - Absolutely no way
Week 15: Niners vs. Cowboys - Big time chance
Week 16: Titans vs. Packers - Maybe <-- Rams vs. Seahawks round 2 is this week.
Week 17: TBD - Options are Miami vs. Buffalo, us vs. Rams, and NFC East or South games

When we play an east coast team I think we have a chance to be flexed. NY and Eagles are some of the bigger TV markets and the move would please their fans.

As long as the Cards put up plays that get national media attention, we stand a chance for the flex and more media attention. Fans of NFL football want to see emerging players like KM. Unfortunately, when the Cards have the opportunity to earn more national appeal, they usually blow it big time.

Cards are in a large TV market in Phoenix but our spread in other areas is small. Cards are just not a draw in large parts of the country---now, when Dallas is playing, it's another matter. They have such a large fan base they are a TV draw even though they have been irrelevant for 20+ years.

LA Rams and Chargers are in a huge TV market---but have not yet captured the huge fan base that will get them on every flex game.
