I’ve been wondering about this for weeks but couldn’t figure out how to type the search for that information. I wonder what the biggest gap is in league history.

these tweets are great, but its amazing how the Suns don't seem to be getting much media attention. I listen to the NBA scores on the radio on the way to work and they don't even tell the score of the Suns game! I think that was on the DA show or something back east. Its crazy!

Probably for the best, when national media does talk about the Suns it sounds like they don't actually watch the games. Saw a clip from ESPN today where it was Matt Barnes and some lady that were answering a question about why Booker doesn't get more recognition as an MVP candidate. The woman starts off saying Booker just doesn't get enough love in general then basically saying he shouldn't be a top candidate because he's not statistically dominate compared to guys like Jokic and Emiid. Which would have been fine enough as I pretty much agree it will likely go to someone putting up monster stats, but then she just keeps talking and makes less sense with one of the reasons being Booker only plays one end of the court and doesn't make a defensive impact.

To his credit Barnes seemed to be biting his tongue when she was talking but eventually just chimed in by saying "I've played against Booker, I've had to defend Booker and he is a killer".

I really don't care. A lot of the national media are casual fans and keep repeating a worn out story line.

Most NBA media live in New York, LA, or Chicago. So they are most interested in their local teams even when they are bad. If the Suns with the Championship this year it will be the most ignored championship in league history.

Who cares. You can't make other people care.

And this.
I'm gonna be at the PARTY this year.
I don't care what they do in NY, Chicago or LA.

Stan van gundy after tonight’s game was pretty effusive about the suns. He was like “people say there’s no real favorite and that’s ridiculous - the suns are the clear favorite”

Shaq says Lakers beat the Suns
Nick says Dallas beats the Suns
Kendrick says Memphis beats the Suns

This team has the best road record in the HISTORY of the NBA. That does not mean they cannot be beaten, but for anyone to have any other team as the favorite is asinine.

The Mavs one is especially funny, Suns have had their way with them since before they got good and are undefeated against Luka in games Ayton plays.

This team is never going to get respect until they get a title. Likely even then it will be a struggle. Had those previous teams won a title or two? It might be different. I doubt it.

I like the comments but they are missing half the equation.

Devin Booker plays defense too. He is a two-way player.

I hope some of the media folk watched what Booker did on defense to the Nuggets last night while scoring 49 points and handing out 10 assists. Plus he had 3 steals.

The 2022 WCF is going to be a blood bath.
Suns in 4.
That's my prediction and I'm sticking to it.

I don't know where else to put this, so I'll leave it here, but I love the fact that most of the core of this team is built through the draft. Sure, CP3 is a huge part of it, but he wouldn't be here if we didn't hit on Booker, Mikal (I guess technically that's a trade), DA and Cam J. The stretch without CP3 showed that the long term core is still really damn solid.

After all those years whiffing on higher draft picks, it's great to see it finally pay off.

It's also satisying the Suns gave up a late 1st round pick for Landry Shamet and found Cam Payne in the G-League.
