Is Housler really that bad?

Dray is slower than my ex wife, and Housler hasn't lit it up this year....it's been quite the opposite. Are we honestly saying Dray is the better TE when we diss Housler like that? I'd have to take Housler over Dray, but I could be wrong on that one...according to what appears to be the popular opinion.

I'll take a slow guy that can catch and block than a fast guy who never seems to make a play even if it should be routine. I have been defending Housler so far this year, but I am really starting to side with the people that say that he just stinks.

In general I actually don't think so.

I think it's a combination of him getting over the injury, not comfortable in the offense yet and yeah.. that's he's overhyped.

But as I said. There's a difference between being overhyped and being horrible

He runs terrible patterns, can't block, has bad hands, and doesn't look back to QB when the ball is thrown his way. Other than that, he's pretty good and can run fast.

Definitely one of the worst reaches since Michael Stone.

Heck we may not have more than 4-5 players drafted during the Whisenhunt years left on the roster next season. Remember Fitz, Dockett and Dansby were Denny Green guys.
