I don't hate the idea.

Brings versatility and ability to get to next level. I like how he moves.

I kind of think he'll be just as good/better than Warmack. But each will
have their own niche.

In watching highlights of Cooper I noticed that he would invariably overrun the point-of-attack when pulling or during a screen pass, resulting in missed/off-balance blocks.

But...the more I think about it, it should even out due to the faster pace of an NFL line of scrimmage.

In my opinion, he'll be a better fit for an Arians-style offense than Warmack would.

I'd still like to see us have the opportunity to draft Larry Warford in the 2nd, even if we draft Cooper at #7. My man-love for Warford is almost as strong as it is for Massie, the dude just seems to have everything you'd want in an NFL guard.

Yeah, I also see him as a classic pulling LG. But he could be huge at Center for us initially. Great movement skills.

Im fine with Cooper. Kiper thinks he is a very good G from day 1 and can be an elite C if need be.

Fix the line, fix the line, fix the line. We cant expect to develop any QB (this year or next) without a line in front of him.

Not 100% accurate. Most experts rank them very close with the difference depending on the scheme being run.

I love the idea of taking Cooper at #7 as a C and then grabbing Kyle Long in round 2 as an OG.

Hate the idea of what that leaves for options to improve at OLB.

I think this is our chance to see if the new regime is transparent in who they are going to draft, or if they are lying BS artists like every other team.

I'm kinda hoping for the 2nd thing. It would be nice to not tell every other team what we're doing every year.

They're right next to each other according to almost everyone who are doing the gradings.

Warmack is more powerful but not by a bunch. Cooper moves much better and is the overall better athlete. Warmack can be sloppy sometimes. He's relied on his strength advantage in college more than good technique. He got talked up because there wasn't really a whole lot out there that stood out. Mostly mid grade 1st Rounders overall.

That'll depend on how the draft shakes out. If Milliner's available, someone might want to come up. If Milliner's gone but D.J. Hayden is available still, someone might want to come up.

If Sharif Floyed is gone but Star Louteleilei is still available, someone might want to come up.

If someone is totally in love with Tavon Austin, someone might want to come up.
