No offense but I am sure hopefull we get a better player than Iguodala. Winning a championship requires "superstars". Bledsoe is not a superstar. Booker is trying to get there and I am hopefull. But Booker and Iguodala are not going to win a championship.
Iggy in his prime was a great player though. Terrific defender, great passer, and could score. Jackson will probably never be a guy that's a top 5 scorer, Fultz certainly could be, Lonzo could be a top 5 assist guy, but Jackson could be the better overall player because he's so good on defense. I also don't think he got enough credit for what he did at KU, this guy was a guard in HS, and he averaged 7.5 rpg and played the 4 all year out of necessity. With his frame playing inside that much wasn't easy.
None of these guys are sure things but I think Jackson is a pretty safe bet kids that play hard tend to find their way in the NBA.
