These few activity posting do not exhibit him being way ahead of schedule. He seems slightly conservative timeline-wise.

Over/Under: Kyler Murray Missed Games 2023

I'll say 4
Based on what I've seen and that he's showing everyone how hard he's working I think it'll depend on when the bye is. If the bye is early, he plays the week after. If the bye is mid-season, I think he plays 1-2 games before the bye so they can use the bye to get a check up on the knee. If the bye is late, then the bye has no Impact on his return.

Perfect world, week 7 bye. He plays weeks 5 and 6 or just 6.

And here he is working on the quad weakness that Mason and Harry mentioned. As I mentioned in the other thread with this video, this type of squat is for 2 reasons; quad work and to workmon stretching that ligament out for range of motion. 215lbs for a nearly half squat isn't doing much else at this point. But it's progress and probably very painful breaking up that scar tissue.

With the offensive line they are putting in front of him it might not be the worst idea to sit him for the season. I have had a hard time envisioning the line being better. It is easier for me to see it being even worse.

If we draft a good center, along with capable tackles, we have to hope two of the 35 other guys they signed can pan out. None appear to be more than low level back ups. Then there is Hernandez, who has trouble getting on the field.

Ok, I got nothing.

Oh, good, there is a solid plan!

The problem I see with that scenario, is that you pay a guy to play. You also pay him a quarter of a billon dollars to elevate his play along with the rest of his offensive teammates. So I say when he is healthy enough to play...he plays.

I agree that is what should happen. But let's say he can go full speed in October. However, the line has been a dumpster fire and our record is 0-6. You have to think hard about playing him. Maybe waiting until later in the season. Like 4 games to go.

I think the over under should be 8 1/2 and I'd go waaaaaaay over.

I suspect he is still on a mid-season timeline and if we're 1-7 or 0-8 at mid-season and the offensive line is a train wreck... I don't think they play him at all.

They're unabashedly tanking. They are not going to risk Kyler's health or their chances at the top pick if the season is already in the garbage before he can play.

I'd put his odds of not playing a single down at 60%.
