What if the cards told him he won’t be #1 and he and his agent are realizing he might free fall and he is butthurt. That would be my guess. If the cards don’t take him #1 he may fall into the late teens or 20’s like Rodgers and Brady Quinn.

It's been on his tv/radio show every morning this week.

Can probably find it on NBC Sports, since that's who broadcasts his tv show.

Gotcha. I’m not a fan of Florio, so I’m naturally skeptical. Nonetheless, this is not a good look.

So Florio is a good source now when he is reporting anti Murray narrative stuff?

My head hurts... Lol
The whole Florio narrative is that he's all in on Murray at #1, until there's a reason to not be all in...and that reason would be Murray failing to show up in Nashville or not appearing at draft events, because it would indicate he'd been told he's not going to be #1.

I think on his show he mentioned previous draftees that did similar in the same situation...

I don’t have a link basing off of RON_IN_OC POST earlier today in NFL rumors thread at 835 am he stated:

“So, on PFT, Florio has said this week that he thinks Murray will be the pick, until Murray fails to show up in Nashville...or for some pre-draft events...Then, according to Florio, he may change his mind on who #1 is, because the absence of Murray at draft or events would tell him that Murray has been told he won't be #1 pick.”

He’s a legit poster and wouldn’t pull that out of the air if he didn’t hear it on PFT???

I get it. I was just pointing out if you dismiss him on the other end of the argument it makes it somewhat hypocritical to use him to justify your side, is all. But I'm not discounting it. It could be legit..

I’m not insinuating that Ron isn’t a good poster. I like him. Rather, I look at Florio’s info with a great deal of skepticism. That said, I hope Florio is right

He's clearly gotten a lot of questionable advice during this pre-draft cycle. No showing a lot of events when everyone else is there, trying to miserly defend the hope of #1 and not screwing something up.

I think all these PR agencies and all theses agents are not to blame, and this like the bombed interview on TV, the bombed interviews at the combine, where Murray is simply in his own world and not listening to any advise it seems

Anyone employed by MSM should be taken with a huge grain of salt... That goes for both sides. That's why I like my YouTube scouts... No conflict of interest. Lol.

I think the vast majority of us who would prefer Rosen and address other more glaring needs elsewhere will have very little problem moving on if the front office goes with Murray...especially if they are smart about it and trade down...with that said, I think the majority of the Murray is a football god camp are going to have a very difficult time adjusting if we stick with JR...I think a good number of you will follow Murray...just my .02.

just dont take your ball and go home if youre wrong. I imagine many, many will. I personally prefer to build the team vs redrafting for QB but either way, this is my team and I root for who puts on the jersey. "meltdowns" dont occur.

Per the radio he just made it to Nashville via private plane with his family and college coach. It's douche to miss charity if it is intentional.
