According to Arians.

There are your camp battles to keep an eye on.

Not sure what you're reading. From Urban:

"Arians: Potter v Levi at LT. Massie v Winston at RT. Those are the battles. No plan at this point for any to play guard of switch sides."

I just have a feeling who ever is the back up OT Brown or Massie, one will slide to RG and replace DC.

I'm not a fan of moving Massie, much less putting him in a competition that could land him on the bench. He has to be one of the five best linemen on this team.

The idea that Levi Brown might slide to RG makes zero sense to me.

Does anyone know whether Potter has become bigger and stronger during the offseason as planned?

In other words, is he big enough and strong enough to be an effective starter at LT?

Yes, in the Levi Brown is not a lock to start thread, there are been multiple posts supporting that he has bulked up about 10-12 pounds of muscle.

"Can Potter dislodge Brown? And considering that Massie finished pretty strong last season, the right side should work out well one way or the other. Arians did say he didn’t see flip-flopping sides anymore. That is something for the spring, so that if a player was thrust into a new side as an emergency in a game he’d at least have an idea of how it works. But it isn’t going to be part of training camp."

Does not sound like they got any plan to move Massie to LT

As for the weight Levi lost

Mike Jurecki ‏@mikejurecki
Levi Brown mentioned he was asked to come into camp under 325, actually showed up 324 & is ready to compete at LT. BA said open competition.

He is a mauler in the run game. And pretty athletic for his size. I think he would be pretty good on the inside.

And I am sure it has nothing to do with Leonard Davis making the move.

Somers says Brown and Massie are lining up as starters, with Potter and Winston as backups.

Not surprising.

Yes---the search for those 5 is now one of the top focuses of camp. Our coaches won't be afraid of trying different combinations.

The tackle competition is set, according to Arians and there doesn't seem to be any competition for Sendlein. It's likely that Cooper will slot into left-guard, so the only real question mark is whether someone can beat out Colledge at right guard.
