This is a good list to see all the unrestricted, restricted and exclusive free agents from Cardinals current roster going to 2018. Munch on!

http://arizonasports.com/story/1407...als-free-agents-2018-unrestricted-restricted/

Cardinal’s unrestricted free agents (19)
What is an unrestricted free agent?: These players, who have accrued four or more NFL seasons, can openly sign with another team through July 22. After that, their rights revert exclusively to Arizona if they have not yet signed and the Cardinals tendered a one-year deal for 110 percent of their 2017 salary by May 8. If the Cardinals did not tender them, they remain free to sign elsewhere.

WR Jaron Brown (28) $1,910,000
WR John Brown (27) $699,725
WR Brittan Golden (29) $645,000
TE Troy Niklas (25) $1,005,825
S Tyvon Branch (31) $4,000,000
OL Earl Watford (27) $775,000
RB Kerwynn Williams (26) $555,000
QB Drew Stanton (33) $3,250,000
QB Blaine Gabbert (28) $855,000
QB Matt Barkley (27) $775,000
LB Josh Bynes (28) $775,000
LB Kareem Martin (25) $710,890
OT Khalif Barnes (35) $1,000,000
LS Aaron Brewer (27) $725,000
LB Karlos Dansby (36) $2,000,000
OL Alex Boone (30) $900,000
DL Frostee Rucker (34) $1,080,000
CB Justin Bethel (27) $5,000,000
CB Tramon Williams (34) $2,000,000

Restricted free agent (1)
What is a restricted free agent?: Restricted free agents have less than four accrued years in the NFL and are eligible for one-year qualifying offers. Teams put an offer on each player based on what draft pick compensation they would receive should they lose the player. Restricted free agents then can negotiate with other teams who must match the tender chosen by Arizona. The Cardinals can decline to match the offer and receive draft pick compensation.

DL Xavier Williams (25) $527,667

Exclusive free agents (8)
What is an exclusive rights free agent?: Like restricted free agents, exclusive rights free agents are in the NFL three years or less but if lost will not be compensated for. Arizona must offer a minimum salary tender by March 14 to retain negotiating rights with exclusive free agents, otherwise those players become unrestricted free agents.

CB Ronald Zamort (26) $465,000
OT John Wetzel (26) $540,000
DL Olsen Pierre (26) $540,000
RB Elijhaa Penny (24) $465,000
OT Vinston Painter (28) $540,000
C/G Daniel Munyer (25) $465,000
TE Ifeanyi Momah (28) $495,000
S C.J. Goodwin (27) $495,000

Niklas TE -somebody got to be blocking TE.

I think the Cardinals can find a good blocking TE that can block better in free agency this year, but if they keep him, it should be on the cheap anyway.

I stilll think he has potential to be better with more playing time.He is still only 25 .I have little faith that RSJ and Gresham will do much at all.Gresham was no great shakes before he screwed up his achilles.RSJ can`t block his way out of a paper bag.

My top ten in order...

DL Olsen Pierre
OL Alex Boone
CB Tramon Williams
S Tyvon Branch
LB Josh Bynes
RB Kerwynn Williams
LB Kareem Martin
LS Aaron Brewer
OT John Wetzel
WR Jaron Brown

John Brown, pending on his condition a season removed... if he has been able to work it out, you keep him :)

Kareem Martin is a real player who is underestimated. He can play 4-3 DE or 3-4 OLB. That is more valuable than busted Alex Boone or really old Tramon Williams.

Yeah, I don't see the love for Tramon for next year. He'll be 39 I believe? We need to get younger.

I'd be fine with keeping Momah and Seals-Jones for TE's and then searching FA or the draft for any other TE need.

I'd be fine with the following:

WR Jaron Brown (28)
WR Brittan Golden (29)
S Tyvon Branch (31) - probably too expensive
OL Earl Watford (27)
LB Kareem Martin (25)
LS Aaron Brewer (27)
LB Karlos Dansby (36) - might be good to have some vets to help with a possible D transition
OL Alex Boone (30)
DL Frostee Rucker (34) - might be good to have some vets to help with a possible D transition
OT John Wetzel (26)
DL Olsen Pierre (26)
RB Elijhaa Penny (24)
TE Ifeanyi Momah (28)

Maybe Gabbert or Barkley as a #3. Let them fight in camp.

Guys I want back:
CB Tramon Williams (34) $2,000,000
DL Olsen Pierre (26) $540,000
S Tyvon Branch (31) $4,000,000
LB Josh Bynes (28) $775,000
LB Kareem Martin (25) $710,890
LS Aaron Brewer (27) $725,000
OT John Wetzel (26) $540,000
RB Kerwynn Williams (26) $555,000

Guys I'd Re-Sign if I can't find better options:
DL Xavier Williams (25) $527,667
OL Alex Boone (30) $900,000
OL Earl Watford (27) $775,000
RB Elijhaa Penny (24) $465,000
TE Troy Niklas (25) $1,005,825
TE Ifeanyi Momah (28) $495,000

Maybe Jaron Brown... he had a disappointing year though. No WR outside of Fitz producing & he still couldn't get targets.

Dansby is possible, but he should be coming off the bench if we have Bynes, Bucannon & Reddick at ILB.

Still old for a corner.

The thing about athletes is that each position has a cut off usually when it comes to their age but it seems a select few if still productive past the norm are able to maintain that performance because they are unique... I think Tramon is one of those guys and still has at least two productive seasons ahead of him :)

Those vets aint gonna help with any transition since they havent played in the system before... I would keep frostee just for vet presence and leadership but IMO its time for Los to move on.... the country club is waiting for him.
Frostee may not survive though if Wilks wants to bring in Lotulelei... he is a FA and could help install the defense... I think Frostee is a better player though.
