Been here on this forum for almost 20 years. And I can’t recall an instance where a single poster makes game threads unbearable. Until now.

actually make that multiple posters. And game threads were better even when we had Beasley on the team.

I don't want to "like" that post but I do agree with it 100%. Sure, we can place certain users on ignore and that helped for a while but it does nothing for the replies to that user, as many have pointed out. Since that user knows 75% of the Suns board has him blocked the only way to derail threads now is aiming for everything to be a reply to him so he'll literally reply to every single post now.

We've already lost one good poster and it's clear that others are scaling back as well but as long as we don't call anyone a name, it's all good, apparently. I wonder how many more we need to see walk before something is done.

Yeah it kinda eliminates the strongest argument posters had in terms of his potential, his historic efficiency numbers. Those are gone now.

The historically great rookie season was just a weird combination of stats. 16 pts 10 reb and 60% true shooting. Drop the true shooting by a few percent and the whole argument fell apart. Compare his stats to Shaq’s Rookie year.

From very early on it’s been obvious that there was a clear ceiling to the impact he could have given his style of play.

What are the odds he ever becomes as impactful on offense as someone like Vucevic?

Ayton has attempted 10 free throws this season. 4 off of intentional fouls at the end of the Knicks game.

Gang, I apologize for my nonstop negativity about Ayton. I’ve never been this disappointed by any player and I believe it’s because I never had as high hopes for a young player. Maybe amare, but he was only derailed by injury. His shortcomings would’ve been completely overshadowed by how dominant he was becoming offensively. I’m going to try to do a better job of reining in the volume of Ayton observations.
You're frustrated, as most of us, Ouchie. The good start of the season plays a large part in that. We briefly got our hopes up.

But it's back to a very dysfunctional team at the Owner and General Manager levels and it flows downhill. Right to us.

It's why I said I wouldn't post the SOS all during the game.

Truthfully, this victory doesn't even feel that good, because it's Fool's Gold.

Why did we win tonight and not blow it in the 4th quarter?

Because Rubio, who had less assists than Booker in the 1st
half, wound up doubling him 10-5 for the game.

Booker needs to play Shooting Guard for us to win. At least
against an inferior team.

Assists don't dictate position. Lebron has never been a point guard but has led his team in assists almost every year he has been in the league, explain that.

Believe it or not, I was prepared to do the same tonight...until management poured gasoline on the fire with the ridiculous and cheap stunt they pulled against Ayton...

I fell into the bad habit of engaging again lately. After tonight’s full on parody act it woke me up to the fact that I am being a fool by interacting in any way. My bad.

When 1Sun posted in this thread that maybe the Suns should move to Seattle or Las Vegas, I brushed it off.

But, just for a moment, look at it this way. Following Sarver's losing decade, can we hope that we will become
winners during the next decade?

Perhaps if we got an expansion or transferred team with a different owner, we would have a 10-year plan.

With Sarver, it is what it is. Think about it.

Devin has literally made lemonade out of double teams. He is not only scoring as much but getting similar assist numbers as last season.

And good gravy... y'all talk almost as much as a poster here as you do the game. I'm not sure what's more comical... some of the ridiculous things he says and or how much you guys let him get under your skin.

It's why you put him on ignore and move on.

Are we really back to Booker being the only future building block we have left?

If you want the Suns to move to Seattle or Vegas then go ahead and hand in your fan card right now. I don't see how anyone could support that. Do I want Sarver to sell? Of course but I draw the line at taking this franchise out of the city.

I don't care if we got an expansion team, it wouldn't be the Suns. It wouldn't have their history, good and bad. Part of being a fan is taking the good with the bad. Be down on the owner but to wish for them to leave? No, that makes no sense. Find a Sonics fan in Seattle and ask them how it feels. I guarantee you they won't talk about the brighter future ahead.

Knowing 1sun said that doesn't surprise me. He's not a fan anyway. I don't care what has been said about name calling. When a so called "fan" calls for the team to move out of the state they expose their true feelings, IMO. It was questionable he was a fan in the first place but that just seals it for me.

I love Eddie Johnson
Welp, I can’t blame him. I guess he’s reached the “these guys are so much worse than my teams and I have to watch it and talk about it so f*** it, I’m saying what I want. F*** F*** F*** F***F***F***, ah haha haha!”

You’ve posted some serious clunkers in the past, but genuinely wishing your team would up and leave is not only silly, it defeats the purpose of being on a fan message board

Because LeBron is not only a superstar, but the #1 player in the game. Just as Michael was. Just as Kobe was.

You're comparing anyone on the Suns to them? Even if Book makes the All Star team this season (which is unlikely), he's still no LeBron -- obviously.

Book's having to be our super scorer AND facilitator last season wore him down and didn't make the Suns a better team.

Don't think the old Baltimore Colts fans feel so bad about now rooting for the Baltimore Ravens.

Sometimes a franchise is just unsalvageable, and I want what's best for my city, even if I have to suffer the temporary pain of a relocation and replacement.

Better than being stuck rooting for a dead franchise the rest of my life, and if management is never going to be competent, the franchise is dead and is no good to its fans OR the city.

It's like having a beloved pet who becomes old and breaks down and dies. Would you rather carry the corpse of your beloved pet around forever, or mourn the loss of your beloved pet, grieve as you need, and then get a new beloved pet?
