Ok, here's my inaugral post as a rookie on this board.

It makes sense that the Bears cut Marcus Robinson when you consider that his contract was negotiated when he was a firm #1 receiver. Now he's the #2 (or possibly their #3) his contract, though not inordinately large, probably doesn't jibe with their long term priorities. Now, I know that the Cards are not prone to adding bells and whistles to contracts but he would be a great guy to sign to a minimal contract with a bonus tied to him participating in X amount of snaps.

Still, I'm a bit biased, as I'm a University of South Carolina Alum just like Mr Robinson.

Welcome Redrage.

Whoops maybe it was Conwell?

I saw it on ESPN yesterday but didn't read the story, I don't see the story today.

My bad.

Russ,
The difference between a good poster and a great one is being able to put silly mistakes behind you. Put it behind you.

I'm not so sure. He had some back problems, which are notorious for not ever really going away. Also, if he's healthy and such an impact player, why would the Bears let him walk? They're not in too much cap trouble, are they? Why not let somebody like Dez White go?

Sure, I say sign him; but I hope that won't preclude us from pursuing M. Muhammad, too.

BINGO!!! why would they release such an IMPACT player? guys, c'mon . . .

Yep, he is my older brother. Huge Cards fan just like me.

We sit in Section 204.

And I don't really have rosy color colored glasses, because I think this team sucks! :D I just try not to admit that too much....

Saying "the Cardinals Suck" is tantamount to proclaiming that this planet is a sphere. At 5-11 I'm sure that few would claim otherwise. Still, me thinks that some are vying for that coveted Annual Madden Obvious Observations award.
Cardinals bashers = football mental ninjas, virtual Einsteins. Or maybe not!

:D
