Ok, here's my inaugral post as a rookie on this board.
It makes sense that the Bears cut Marcus Robinson when you consider that his contract was negotiated when he was a firm #1 receiver. Now he's the #2 (or possibly their #3) his contract, though not inordinately large, probably doesn't jibe with their long term priorities. Now, I know that the Cards are not prone to adding bells and whistles to contracts but he would be a great guy to sign to a minimal contract with a bonus tied to him participating in X amount of snaps.
Still, I'm a bit biased, as I'm a University of South Carolina Alum just like Mr Robinson.
