Who has the best mix tape in the first round on youtube? Can we select that guy?

Its time to say goodbye to Nash. He simply cannot be the star of a team any longer.

Brooks ain't the future either.

Nash just isn't healthy. He's done for this year, I don't know about his future though.

Brooks isn't the problem as has been repeated here several times, the lack of production from our SGs is. Vince Carter - 3 points. Need I say more?

There is no way to win the match with such poor free throws and 3-pointer efficiency. Two guys made almost 50% points, and they made his free throws well. The rest were in incredible weakness. Frye only four attempts, Carter as well. They even didn't do the try. When the Mavs had started good defence on p/n/rolls he lost the idea for play. There was the time for the coach to suggest better options or substitute him. The fourth quarters are our Achilles' heel and nothing is gonna to change.

Can you ever NOT make excuses for Gortat? Seriously.

We've told you for MONTHS that starting Gortat would make little difference and we were proven right. You really need to stop obsessing over the guy.

Our coach is fine. Our lack of talent especially at SG is not. Vince Carter couldn't make an NBADL roster right now

How are your proven right? The Suns had a really poor game from three point land, I think if they made more threes they would have won this game...

BC867 is a Gortat groupie. :)

I'll let him have it as he has waited for a Suns big man all these years. The Suns were not going anywhere anyway. I just hope Gentry does not wear out Gortat when the writing is on the wall.

Wow, was Gentry livid tonight or what? Maybe Sarver told him get to the playoffs or else.

Gortat started and still played the same amount of minutes. If BC, sunsfan88, desertdawg, etc think Lopez or Siler was going to help, you are all sorely mistaken.

The only good in this game was the play of Jared Dudley (although I hated his long jumpers he kept taking) and the DEFENSE of Grant Hill on Nowitski, most of the time. Unfortunately, Hill was a black hole on offense and really hurt us with all his misses.

And we can all agree NBA officiating is poor, but when a crew has Violet Palmer, it really sinks to abysmal depths.

Dont you need good 3 point shooters to at least make up for it when the only reliable 3pt shooter on the team struggles. hence the argument we dont have a legit dependable SG, It will always be one thing. Come next season i will like to see same starting line-up excluding Dudley, dont get me wrong Dudley is good but we just need to replace Carter.

For desertdawg, BC (especially BC), and sunsfan88 they have repeated ad nauseum that the slow starts by Lopez and ONLY the slow starts by Lopez were holding this team back. That was the difference between winning and losing. Everything else didn't matter.

Gortat starts, we still lose. You see my point now?

Lopez wasn't good but he wasn't the only problem with the team

This was our first game with this line up, hate away. Gentry messed it up in the second quarter, hate away.

I really like Dudley but this pretty much shows he's best used as a sixth man. If we had a guy like Jason Richardson on this team, we're not just a playoff team but a legit contender

Oh, and one of the BIGGEST things that came out of this game was this:

JOSH CHILDRESS IS A ROTATION PLAYER!

He messed it up by putting the starters back in? Thats all he really did. The changes were in mass like usual

I'm not hating. I've been saying this for weeks there 1) would be a need for time to adjust. Time we did not have and 2) The affect of Lopez as the starter was minimal considering how many mins he played.

This game did absolutely nothing to do disprove my points.

The argument of Gortat not starting being the only thing holding us back was proven FALSE

I like Gentry in that he is a player's coach however in-game management is glaringly poor, especially at the end of games or times of pressure. I don't know who could coach the Suns, and I think if Nash stays Gentry is the best option because we can't change much with Nash here anyway. If Nash goes, I think like someone said on the boards, Gentry should go with him.

Yup, i liked that fact too, i really hope he gets more playing time.
Even while others were looking at the scores in the first half, we gave up 17 offensive rebound, hopefully it is because this is a new line up, because Channing and Marcin have to do a better job.

If there is one legit argument against Gentry, it would be this one.

Pietrus is a black hole. Vince Carter is a corpse. Childress deserves more mins

Is that all the coach though? You could tell Gentry was getting pissed off at the end of the game by the poor shot selection (ie Frye's forced 3 with a min left)
