A team that has lost 5 of 6 games and just lost to the previously worst team in the league will have no problem ripping off a 7-2 spurt? I'd like to ask how old are you? Do you believe in the tooth fairy? There's NOTHING that we've seen so far that says the Suns will be able to stop ANYONE from scoring. How is that going to change?

What's irks me is that Banks, Jumaine Jones, and Kurt Thomas were supposedly good defenders before they arrived here. Now they can barely guard their own shadows which makes me think it might be schematic or coaching.

KT is lder than dirt... I don't know WHERE you heard that Jones was a good defender (having watched him play for that awful LA team two years ago, I can assure that was probably message board myopia) and Banks was so good that Boston just gave him away for next to nothing.

1-5 - this team is going to be no higher than a 6 seed and if they don't have a magical run - KABOOM! It's blow-up[ time, right or wrong.

i'll still watch and cheer and throw things, but I'm very scared that I don't see how this team is going to get stops - maybe against the bad teams, but who gives a crap if we win 45 games. The defense is beyond horrific... even for the Suns.

TNT showed a little bit of Mike D'antonis presser after the game, and D'antoin said "that Suns are soft in the middle. He also added that they need to pick up the defense and rebounding, if not we're going to struggle to win games."

no big deal. we just lost a back to back set against spurs and dallas. we played both tough, we lost at the end on issues that are mostly correctable. we just have to correct them.

bottom line, the time to start winning is NOW. saturday=must win situation. in addition, we better start ripping these lesser teams right about now or we risk fighting for a 4-6 seed this year...

It's really sad because if we have another string of bad losses, especially against bad teams that we should now be going up against, I am going to take a break.

I am going to take a break from sports for a while...I can't take this crap.

Crappy ball
Crappy tech policy
Big Corporate NBA not about the sport at all anymore it seems
My teams playing crappy

Joe Johnson Fiasco, microfracture, closing out games, defense, where is Diaw RIGHT AFTER WE SIGN HIM to 9 million per etc. Too taxing on the mental health when it starts to pile up like this.

I can't take this ******** anymore, might as well invest the money and interest and time somewhere else...

Dude, you don't understand even the 's' of SUFFERING we Cardinals fan had to go through (and still are) before Suns fiasco started. At least Suns play 82 games and there is still time to recover. Cardinals disaster struck and the season was over after the first month of the season!

Yeah, I mean, we are only going to be a 78 million team next year with quite a few long and bloated contracts.

There are too many if's:

IF boris starts to play good again
IF amare can return at least 80% to previous form
IF banks can actually seem to provide something to make that contract worthwhile
IF a key player doesn't get injured (and hey looks like bell is already injured, GREAT)
etc.

I am a Green Bay Packers fan, I believe the most winning franchise in NFL history that is getting its ass handed to it these last 2 years, and Favre is on the cusp of retirement. Trust me, all is GREAT GREAT GREAT in my land.

I know it would seem like you guys have the worst case which you do, but believe it or not having a team that has always been a winner start to sink on you with a long dark tunnel ahead is almost as bad.

*edit: It is the "reaching the top and taking a nose dive" journey that might be equally as bad (as of this time) as the "we have always lost and just when it looked hopeful we lose again".

My problem is that even though we had a bad schedule, we have proven we cannot win effectively against good teams.

Who cares if we beat crappy teams we have to be able to compete for christs sake.

*edit: I guess on 2nd thought at least the games were pretty close, it really is going to matter how we do against bad teams. NO STRUGGLING AGAINST BAD TEAMS!

LOL im am sorry for laughing but I can see where you are coming from, still you have to understand when you get used to being part of a winning franchise it really hurts when it starts to sink towards the bottom.

do you not recognize that coming into tonight's game the MAVERICKS WERE AWFUL?! Yeah, we competed and lost to an awful team who was winless AND we gave up 30 more points than they're season average - YA-FREAKING-HOO!

The mavs better go on to win 5 games in a row or something to prove it wasn't a fluke, although then we still have the "did the suns give them confidence to put them on the run?" horrible thought in our heads.

The Suns are just out of sync right now guys! I'm telling you they'll come around. The team we're watching now isnt the same team you'll see in a month or too. They just have to ride this storm out!

Amare is showing flashes right now. I feel he'll be back STRONG.

I really wish I was sitting in front of some beautiful blue ocean and palm trees sipping a margarita (with no SALT BIG GRAINS OF SALT) with a completley clear mind right now you know.

I need a vacation. From sports.

sorry Insano - you REALLY don't see where we're coming from... AND CONSIDER YOURSELF VERY LUCKY.

I've rooted for good teams before and watched them fall into mediocrity - it sucks, but you don'tknow the meaning of pain to the point of numbness like Cardinals fans do - you just don't know... and again, count your blessings.

and don't worry about laughing... I laugh at the Cardinals all the time... you've got to laugh to keep from crying. I just didn't expect the Suns to go the way of the Cardinals this early. I knew we'd struggle at the outset, but good holy lord...throw the Phoenicians a freaking bone!

maybe we pissed him off by voting NO on that No Gay Civil Unions amendment! We're sorry lord! Smite the gays for all I care! just give me back my Suns!!!!! (btw, this was WAY overboard humor and I hope NO ONE really took it seriously).
