Wait! Aren't there people that will stop being Card's fans if we don't sign him? Or is that if we do?

if we didn't sign anderson, i would think maybe. but since we signed anderson, especially to a pretty big contract, no chance.

Im the biggest Leinart fan there is but the reported price is a second round pick if we could trade one of our thirds for Mcnabb I might think about it.

No! He is a free agent after this season. If Matty fails miserably, sign him with no cost in draft picks.

Reid: Eagles 'listening' to trade offers for QBs

could we snag McNabb.

I feel strongly that we will acquire no more QB's in FA or trade this year. What we have is what you will get. Who starts? Could be either guy.

Wrong-----Leinart starts. Ownership will not let this year pass without seeing what they have invested in Leinart. They will demand that he be given a chance to succeed or fail under game conditions as a starter. If he fails, then we may see Anderson as a starter, but for now, it is ALL LEINART !!!!!!!

Don't you think that they trust the guy they signed to an over 5M per year extension to make the right call on this issue?

Do you think that any self respecting Coach in this day-and-age would accept to be dictated from on high on this call?

Leinart will start because he's better prepared to take on the responsibility than Anderson, and, I think, will do quite well.

But, if he doesn't play well... he'll get yanked, and, I suggest, that Whiz won't be calling upstairs for permission.

I think this time the rumors have some merit, and I think that it's very possible McNabb winds up in the NFC West, and if he does, he is head and shoulders better than any QB in the division.

When you think of what Whiz did with a 37 year old Kurt Warner, imagine what he could do with McNabb, especially with the talent McNabb would be surrounded by in Arizona.

McNabb didn't get his team to numerous NFC Championships by a fluke. The man can play. And it's quite possible, if a coach can refine certain aspects of his game, as Whiz did with Warner, that McNabb could have a best season ahead of him.

Plus, I think that McNabb will feel totally liberated when he is unfettered from the incessant and brutal Philly scrutiny.

And I am still incredulous that so many of you are willing to roll the dice with Leinart when next year he could force his way out of town as Antrel Rolle did. To me that would be a wasted year, and a year prepping him for his next gig.
