One of the reasons Stanton was kept as our #2 was because he was a great teammate and helped Palmer with game prep. Maybe Glennon is great in the QB room and has enough value in that respect to be kept on the roster.

yeah it makes only sense if someone gives you something for him that is more than you think he is worth to you. A 5th round pick could do the trick for our team. If somene would offer me a 4th for Glennon I would trade him asap.
Cards are being smart here. If Bradford has his obligatory injury, we have a vet to step in(Rosen is not ready IMO). If not and someone else has an injury at QB, we have trade bait and might be able to get a decent pick for him.

I'm all over the map on the Glennon thing. I'd love to clear the roster spot. But at the same time, the last two ps games, I think he's distanced himself more from Kanoff. Then again, who cares, they're just a #3s anyway. For now. #2s when Bradford goes down. But then again, the Cardinals were shopping him. There is that.

Rosen guaranteed would perform 100X better then Glennon if pressed into service lol

But I wouldn't rush the kid if we don't have to.
Sooner or later he has to take his lumps. Some things can only be learned on the field.
If Bradford goes down anytime after week four the smart move is to hand the team to Rosen..... Unless of course our oline is already decimated

Which ain't gonna take much. Iupati seems to go out every year and we just cut Boehm so who's going to back him up?
