new uni's and helmets

I dont mind a copper stripe or two, but if you put too much in it looks too much 49ers like.

Red and black and white and copper.

The only Copper stripe I want associated with the Cardinals is the one they cause in the shorts of opposing players when they see how intimidating the Cards will look in Black and Red next season.

The black jersey's are cool but I agree the red/copper looks too much like the 9ers and because of that, I doubt they would ever consider it.

Beside's, aren't they staying with white helmets?

I think the Cardinals should get into the 21st century and get out of the 1970's with the white helmet, my belief is that white is the absence of color.

If the Bidwells want to be diplomatic about it and should let the public decide on what they want to see and buy. The city and the state did supply a large quantity of money to give them a new stadium. Money talks and the Bidwells should listen.

The Cards are changing. Helmet color Idunno, it seems a bit much. How about white or black matching with any color? Try the white with some of the unis posted......the stripe in the middle of the helmet is way too much.

If they want to keep the white helmets then IMO a black (or non-grey) facemask is a must. This example incorporates the new black accents while retaining the traditional look/colors.

I'm not sure I'd call it revolutionary, but it is much more progressive and I would, most definatly shell-out $ for new merchandise.

The eye is kind of spooky on itself. Is there anyway you can edit out with the birds black mask. That may put into the context of the cardinal itself. Hopefully that makes sense, just remove everything (yellow beak and cardinal tail feathers) from the logo except the black portions with the eye.

hey the so-called insider was at it again last night he said something very interesting.a concept to make the helmet look like the cardinals head the team was seriously considering it but could'nt come up with a uni to match. i think they should have went with that. red jerseys with black numbers outlined in white and yellow. black or white pants with the yellow socks maybe they could have really looked like cardinals. the helmet would have been mostly red towards the front of the sides black with the cardinal eye on both sides and a yellow facemask symbolizing the bird's beak sounds cool to me

the insider on the card messageboard posted this and said if you put the new logo and grey facemask on the helmet. add yellow gold where there is copper. and the alternate would be black. he said it would be very similar to one of the final templates he saw . what do you think ?
