I bet that if we were 2-2 instead of 1-3 we all wouldnt be so down on our boys! So that means exactly ONE PLAY different. Warners last fumble against the Rams. ONE PLAY and we are 2-2, right where we were predicted to be after 4 games.
Now dont get me wrong... I agree that they are playing pretty crappy and theres plenty to be pissed about, especially the OL. But after faithfully watching 32 seasons, I truly believe there is enough talent on this team to turn this thing around, and I have never given up at week 4.
Lienart gets a fresh game plan and he's at home before a friendly crowd.
Maybe... JUST MAYBE this is the spark that lights the burners!
Whos with me?

Thats the SPIRIT! just remember. We both have the same amount of wins so basically we are even. And we thankyou for the offer of a freindly crowd. That normally only happens to us at Arrowhead. And we Chief fans will stand behind you Cardinal fans as you breakout and start kicking some major butt. Right after this gamne that is.

Actually, several of us came over to discuss the game and comisserate - it's not like the Chiefs have been tearing up the NFL lately, either.

Actually, without the fumble we're still trailing the Rams and have plenty of time to screw things up. :D

Eh, one game does not a season make.

See Cards v. Rams. That game may have made our season. I am seriously still not over that game. We go from 2-2 to 1-3 on that stupid game alone. (Atlanta should have been a loss, but I expected the offense to show up)

This game is the only hope for the Cards season...it's a must win (in week five..yikes) as it is for you guys too. Neither team wants to lose here. I hope the Cards are more desperate staring at 1-4 in the face with Chicago looming for 1-5.

Never boring over there. Believe me Of all people I know. ANd besides isnt this what these sites are for? Ive been rootin for the Cards for years. Now first and fore most Im a Chiefs fan. ANd Im pupmed to get a look at your new stadium. You know the Cards were the first team ever to play the Chiefs in Arrowhead? The Cards and CHiefs used to play every preseason for the Governors cup. Now we are stuck with the Rams every preseason. Do you guys wear the red with white trim at home? Or the white with red trim? Just asking cause I always enjoy the CHiefs wearing red on the road.

Hope and Expectations are two different animals.

Based on what I've seen during the first four weeks of the reg season, my expectations for the Cardinals aren't very high.

But that doesn't mean I don't cheer my guts out for every player on the roster - on every assignment...on every play...on every series...of every quarter...in every game.

DG points out that pro football is a series of small wins that, when added up, are what comprise bigger wins. It starts with the player who, despite being sleepy, puts in the extra hour in the film room...or cranks out that last one or two reps in the weight room...or the scout that decides he can't skip that one "unimportant" trip to some out-of-the-way Podunk college to check out an obscure long snapper...or the butterball lineman who says "no thanks" to that last donut on the plate...or the offensive lineman who holds his block for one or two extra seconds to give Edge the tiny opening he needs.

Small Cardinal wins. That's what I root for - every second of every day.
