I think Plumlee has taught Markieff how to fly.

Marshall was such a huge miss in the draft. Lance Blanks should have read the scouting reports. Marshall's weaknesses were glaring.

Marshall greatly improved his draft position by sitting on the sidelines. He was a good college player without NBA skills IMO but his team went from being a championship favorite to an also-ran overnight when Marshall went out with an injury. His team's poor play without him really put the spotlight on what he brought to the court but they just didn't look deep enough. It's like with Nash. His legend grew when we were so horrible without him but it wasn't just because he was a good player it was equally because we had no competent backup behind him. The same thing happened at UNC when Kendall went down, they had no point guard to replace him.

I missed it. I'm shocked at the skills Plumlee possesses. What a find.

This must have been the perspective, but how can one compensate for a player that is slow, can't jump, can't defend and can't shoot.

I had to go back to your post again. How can you include a great player in a conversation about Marshall. Nash would have been a ridiculously good player on any team.

Nash was a very good player but as I said, his legend grew (especially nationally) when we played so poorly without him. But imagine if we had a younger version of Steve Nash sitting on the bench. Much of the accolades tossed his way wouldn't have happened. It started all the talk (or maybe just increased all the talk) about how much better he made his teammates. I don't mind mentioning Marshall and Nash in the same conversation. As a matter of fact I sign off with my name and I make Kendall look like a superstar.

Yikes, lack of energy since the start of the quarter. Hopefully something that will improve as some of these guys get used to increased starters minutes.

Nash was great player. His reputation was earned. Can you diminish a player because he took advantage of his situation in Phoenix. Nash was the system that created two WCF appearances.

This is three good games by 'Kief in a row. He's had great games in the past, but NEVER two or more in a row.

Markieff has proven to he can play at a high level. Now he needs to prove he can do it consistently.

Bledsoe is the man at crunch time.

It's been awhile since the Suns had a center and a PF dominate in a game. Plumlee with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Markieff with 28 points and 10 rebounds.

McDonough has had the Midas touch so far. Every move has looked brilliant so far. Bledsoe, Hornacek, Plumlee , Green, and a pick for Scola. Len is the only move that doesn't already smell of roses.
