Thoughts at the 1/2 way point....

A VERY solid draft. I think we'll be VERY pleased by the contributions of this group in the years ahead. BUT, to me this is all gravy. To the Arizona Cardinal fans, as bad as the drafts were over the (20) or so previous years in Arizona, the St. Louis Cardinals drafts were 100x's worse. Think present-day Raiders. I THANK GOD I lived long enough to be part of this, to be able to enjoy it, because the past couple of years have definitely been Cardinal Draft "Heaven". GO CARDS!!!

At this point in the draft we don';t know what they're thinking.

I would guess OL. But with the way they're (everyone's) picking nothing would surprise me now.

We just don't have a grasp on the lesser knowns, which are coming off in droves. Even the one's we haven't heard of much from the bigger schools.

Along with playing in a pro-style offense in SC.... His character is off the charts.

Presented the Andrew Sorensen Scholar-Athlete Award for Football during the 2006 spring game. Named the Outstanding Offensive Lineman in the spring of 2007. An ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District selection in 2007. Earned the Harold White GPA Award for the offense in the spring of 2008. I can really see him replacing Deuce.
