From what I've seen defenses usually have the advantage in training camp. Yet most of the highlights are offense, despite our best players on offense all being hurt,

Went to the Red and White practice on Saturday with the Family. Nice crowd but not as much as I have seen in previous training camps for this practice.

McBride was in street clothes. Hollywood did the drills but didn’t take part in the scrimmage.

Rondale, Pascal, and Wilson were the WRs running with the first team. Wilson was getting a ton of looks from McCoy. He is such a great route runner. Rondale had a couple nice catches. Pascal also had a nice catch. Dorch had some nice plays with the 2s. I really like the depth of the WR room.

James Conner looks great. Should put up big numbers this year. He had one of the best catches I’ve seen in a while against Budda in the corner of the end zone. Mack didn’t waste any time standing out. He looked like a man among boys running with the 3s. I wouldn’t be shocked if Mack is the #2 RB.

On the defensive side saw a lot more of the two formations that I reported about earlier. The first has Simmons as the deep safety with Budda And Jalen. The other formation Simmons is replaced by a 2nd MLB.

Seemed like there was a lot of flags thrown by the officials during the scrimmage. Coach needs to get this under control but it’s still early.

Tons of TC videos to catch up on here. I forgot about this guy. I think he posted alot last year.

A little skirmish between Daley and Collier on this one.

You can’t tell from that angle but IMO that was a cheap shot by Simmons. The play was pretty much over and Rondale was letting up. Simmons came in kind of late and knocked an unsuspecting Moore on his ass.

We really haven’t heard a peep about Moore.
The 2 practices that I have attended Moore has been clearly running with the 1st team. They are using him more down field compared to how Kliff used him behind the LOS.

He had a bunch of big catches in both practices that I attended. There are several videos of those catches in this thread.

Don’t get me wrong but what is an employee of the organization supposed to say? Even as a Friend? Was he badmouthing The previous regime to you in person while employed? That helps with context.

Just another follow up to this. My wife texted the wife of my friend who works with the Cardinals to see if they were at the Red And White practice. We usually move over and sit near her and the kids.

She was at the practice with the boys but was sitting up in the Club section with the other players and coaches families. Under the previous regime they had to enter through the regular training camp entrance and had crappy seats in the corner of the end zone. Not anymore.

She raved about the new leadership with respect to how the families of the players and coaches have been treated. Says it’s been like night and day.

Here you can see the players and coaches families sitting up in the club section at the red and white practice:
