My "run into a celebrity while eating at Houston's" is running 5 for 5 over the past year. Last month, chatted with Jeff Hornacek and his wife on the patio while waiting for a table

24th street or scottsdale road? 24th seems like it would be ripe for celebrity sitings. basically all the sports teams and bands stay at that ritz.

That's the one.... my wife was addicted to their pork chops during pregnancy and I get a hell of a kick sitting at the bar and crank calling the pay phone from my cell..... good times

East of Houston's on Camelback is a place called Deluxe. They have sweet potato fries. Quite good. Burgers aren't bad either.

Especially if you get a Frosty with them. Yum.

I hate microwave fries.

I love waffle fries. There is a great place at the Jersey Shore called The Steak Out and they always include waffle fries in their ***** Breakfast (also known as the breakfast of the hungovers).

BTW, I had steak fries for the first time in a long time the other night. They totally rule!

I haven't had any fries that I hated but the first time I got the chili fries from Ruby's it wasn't that great. They were really thin so hard to eat with the chili and the chili didn't taste that great. But I love all kinds of fries...good stuff. I love mashed potatoes too.

I have a sister in law that worked there.

I think peanut oil fries can't be beat. And old bay seasoning on fries is very good.

You have to go bigger than that. I always get a 3X3. (3 patties, 3 slices of cheese) They will make it as big as you want. I have seen someone order a 10X10.
