That was an interesting article. I can't help but feel bad for Fultz. I don't know who is to blame but there are definitely a number of issues regarding his play right now.

They linked a few things in that article, here is how he shot free throws during the preseason...

And here's how he shot in college...

His form has changed but who knows if it was the Sixers, his personal team of people, or just a choice he made on his own to change his form. I think he would have been better off to shoot how he did in college. At least then he'd be playing and helping the team but he'd have a horrible FT percentage. Right now he's not playing at all and can't make anything. Can't believe there are issues like that with the #1 overall pick. Not just the #1 overall pick but someone who was deemed valuable enough that the Sixers gave up the #3 pick and a future 1st round pick in order to take him, thinking he'd be the final piece of their roster that would be able to contend.

Still cannot figure out how Fultz was drafted #1 with him sitting out injured at Washington.

I get what the OP is trying to say, but don't feel TOO sorry for PHI.

How many PHX fans would reject a trade of Len, Criss, and Jackson for Embiid, Simmons, and Fultz right now?

I don't think anyone feels bad for Philly, I know I don't, however I feel bad for Fultz. Poor kid achieves his dream of making it to the NBA, even being selected #1 overall, but is able to shoot a jumper. The only way he can get the ball through the net is by either dunking it or laying it in.

I think the better question is how many would be willing to trade Bender for Simmons straight up. Maybe we should start a poll.

Okay, tell me, how many?
Are you drunk? I'm not sure you are understanding this crazy thing called a "conversation". :)

Geez, I had a pleasure of avoiding you for a long time but I have to realize that you are still your former yourself. Your NBA knowledge is still very limited, you have a very little to add to any conversation but you still not forgot how to be condescending.

Pot meet kettle. You're one step removed from Slinslin and you know it. You can never have a conversation with someone without belittling them. I simply responded to a question you asked and now I'm "still my former yourself"? Huh?

Trade three guys who went in the middle of the lottery for guys who went 2, 1, and 1? No fan would reject that. It also has nothing to do with the post.

Not that details matter, but it's 5, 8, and 4 vs 3, 1, and 1. Replace Chriss with Bender and it could be 5, 4, and 4.

Slots don't matter though without context, otherwise you'd state it would be foolish to reject a trade of Anthony Bennett (1) and Steven Adams (12).

It does have to do with the post because despite Fultz issue, PHI is sitting pretty well with Embiid and Simmons (and Saric) so "at least we aren't" doesn't really make sense.

As I said, I get the point you're trying to make about Fultz, but not about PHI in general (based upon your thread title).

If i had to choose 1 roster in the league right now i'd taken golden state, as they are guaranteed a couple more titles.

But number 2 is philly with 2 young franchise players... every other team would love to be in their position (hopefully after this draft we are close to be in the same position).

And i'd be much more worried if fultz had some leg issues and couldn't move like he did in college. That's not the case, he just needs to build in the muscle memory for his shot... he'll be fine, hot take artists like bill simmons are ridiculous.

You don't think the ongoing issues with athletic training in the case of Noel, Embiid, Simmons, and now Fultz reflect poorly on that organization?

Still don't understand how 'professional' trainers could mess up his shot that drastically. Dude just needs to have noise cancelling head phones on at all times and just shoot how he feels most comfortable. Don't get it.

I would trade any 3 players on this team for Embiid and Simmons.
