Some folks aren't going to be too happy that the photo wasn't cropped to remove the text on that shirt. LOL.

I'll never understand the animosity towards former players - at least those that did not trash the organization or other teammates while they were here, and generally tried to do their best given their skillsets/abilties. I don't recall him making PP-type self-promoting statements regarding his abilities as a QB. He just wasn't that good...

Max Hall was a case of "never should have been in that position". Never should have sniffed an NFL roster spot.

That notwithstanding, it is always tragic to see anyone mess up their life with that crap. Really is a shame.

amazing he could be stealing already, he made quite a bit of coin in the NFL so be resorting to stealing this shortly after. Maybe he got used to coke parties./

Most recently, Hall has been the offensive coordinator for Gilbert High School, as Hunter Schwarz of The Washington Post pointed out

Funny enough, I was on their side line when they had their scrimmage at Shadow Ridge HS two weeks ago and I did not recognize him.

Oh, crap...that's my high school! LOL.

Our team was terrible when I was there, but at least our coaches weren't doing drugs.

So you think. ;)

Coke can make you do alot of stupid things I guess, even steal when you have the money to pay for it. Unless he spent all his cash he made in the NFL on coke.

Good point. Maybe we'd have one more than once if they were sober.

Sad? Sad!? To hell with that. This is freaking hilarious. I'm sorry I have no sympathy for thieves. To top it off he was using cocaine? Really? Who does that? Was his life that hard?

This kind of thing happens all the time, it really shouldn't be any sadder than all those other stories. But for some reason, it is (to me). I'm saddened that he fell so far so quickly.

I'm shocked. And yes, saddened. He's got a wife and kids, right? You never know what's going on with people.
