Was listening to Pat Kirwan talk about this on the radio yesterday. He said that he has one rule for NFL players: If you don't know how to behave, ask Larry Fitzgerald. Just ask Larry.

He's so classy:

On New Year's Eve 2008, TMZ published a story that said Fitzgerald had been ordered to stay away from [former girlfriend Angela] Nazario. It detailed the allegations, gleaned from court documents, that she leveled against him -- that after the two began quarreling, Fitzgerald challenged her to a play fight. Nazario said she swung at Fitzgerald, who then pushed her. He "grabbed me by my hair with both hands on the back of my head very very hard and tossed me across the room." When Nazario tried to leave with their son, she said Fitzgerald "grabbed the back of my neck and slammed me down on the marble floor…. was disoriented for awhile and could not get up, I remember he mumbled something about 'that's what happens when you try taking my son away from me.'" When she made it to her car, Nazario said she realized Fitzgerald had pulled out chunks of her hair.

Everybody has a past let's not forget.

Trade for him. Brown that is.

This! He's a WR; it's expected. We've had Larry, so we've been spoiled. Not that I'd be happy with his drama, but the right coach could manage it. Crap, that's right, we have KEIM looking for the "right coach" lol

This story gives a new spin to something Big Ben said after the game and missing out on the playoffs Sunday night. He was philosophical when speaking about the age gap with the younger players, and how difficult it could be to connect. Hmm...

Was this an accusation or was Larry convicted of anything?

You need to research those alleged incidents again.

Just because you are accused of something and settle outside of court does not mean that you are guilty.

Why settle if their isn't a solid case against you?

Ben has had a few of these allegations. It has also been alleged for many years that he is a world class douche.

Litigation is a PITA and jury pools, especially with a guy like Big Ben, are not as predicatable as a quiet hush money settlement.

Litigation is the threat that leverages a settlement. Going to trial is almost always a bad idea. Especially as a public personality.

AB has asked for a trade.

Start with the #1 pick.

IDK. I think raping a drunk girl in a toilet while your friends watched the door is worse than any of that. Unfortunately for the girl, she admitted she was so drunk she did not.have complete memory of the night. But others confirmed the basics of the story. No one else was in the restroom however.

They cannot trade AB since outside of Juju they will have no WR to throw to. This is a bad situation for steelers.

I understand that and im not saying he's guilty, but people on this board even me have looked at other players on other teams like Foster and Big Ben and even though the women have gone back and fourth and this and that we still view that player as guilty.

Can't have it one way without the other. It doesn't affect how I view Fitz at all
