Yeah, all closers blow saves but Rodney couldn't make an out after he lucked out on the first batter. His ERA must be about 25 now.

Rooting for the D-backs is not a job. I am a fan. And I realize there are a lot more stats than batting averages in analyzing a team's offensive performance and potential.

You don't have to bring me anywhere! As a fan, I enjoyed seeing batting averages between .297 and .329 from 1-7 jump off the page. And the consistency of the team. And I shared the feeling.

Not all of us are sports geeks. Some participate on ASFN for pleasure. Lighten up, huh!
