It looks like Booker and Jackson will start in the back court for the Suns.

Booker scores the Suns first basket... a 3 pointer.

Ayton with a sweet pass to Bender for the basket.

Booker looking sharp so far too.

Can I say I’m glad we didn’t get Ellington in the trade with Miami? The guy doesn’t know how to pass.

Holmes with a scary tumble over his head. He is all right.

I wonder if the Suns would have any interest in Ish Smith in the off season. He would be good depth.

I'm not seeing much on the end of the bench. The Suns are even looking at Fredette.
Melton and Okobo are fine for that role. Not sure why you always bring up backup PGs as possible pickups. We don't need any backups anymore, we need a starter. We have plenty of backups between Melton, Okobo and even Booker.

Bridges should have been a wide receiver. He would catch everything.

Troy Daniels having a game to forget.

Ayton has to be careful, Zaza Pachulia is as dirty as they come.

The Suns need a starter at point guard but the only player that has shown ability to consistently run the team is Tyler Johnson. However, with his salary he might be needed to use in a trade.

With Ayton having 3 personal fouls Spalding enters the game.

Melton has been perfectly fine in a backup role. There is no reason to sign every average to below average point guard when we already have Melton (and Okobo) under our control.

I consider Melton and Okobo as 3rd and 4th options heading into next season... not necessarily in that order.
