This is why Torey stayed with Pfaadt. He’s trying to manage the pen, while banking on his offense…
I was more concerned about having the pitching coach go out there and try to settle him down

I feel for Pfaadt. 3 of those runs were on Gurriel not being able to make a routine play in RF. The home town scorer gave him a break not making that a 2 base error

At least the plate umpire is calling it both ways. All you can really hope for nowadays I guess

I don't think they should have taken Diaz out so early. He was grooving.
He was at 79 pitches so not sure how much further they want to stretch him right now


But of course, Singleply comes in immediately gives up a run

Could really use an extra run or two here. It’s lining up for O’Neil Cruz to lead off the ninth against Sewald. That matchup makes me uncomfortable to say the least lol
