I'm tired of being pissed and negative...although it probably wont go away.

Positives...

I saw my old Suns back tonight...Diaw, Nash, Bell, James Jones...and yes, Shawn Marion.

The effort and heart was there, which was lacking in the past two games.

Normally, like in other series, teams lose on the road...like the Heat, etc...so losing on the road in a close game sucks, but not the end of the world.

If we play like we did today, we should win the next game. We just have to win on the road one time to bring it home.

Going to be hard with the way the refs haven't been giving us any breaks, and with the way we've been shooting.

Still...as little chance as the statistics say a team down 3-1 has, we re-discovered who we were tonight...and should have won that game twice.

On to stage to of the process - coping, eh?

I'll forget but I won't forgive. This has totally killed my interest in the NBA and the playoffs, and makes me resent how much time I've wasted on an empty interest. The NBA is a business first, and a sport second.

Actually, I won't watch anymore. Why bother? All the hardwork was wasted on the refs.

Another positive I was happy about was the fact that the Suns had some pretty good success in the halfcourt game in the 4th by isolating Parker/Vujacic and forcing the switch. The one time Vujacic (sp?) tried to go under Nash drilled it.

It's not the most exciting team play, the other 3 guys were basically parked on the 3pt line on the other side, but it was effective, and put a lot of pressure on LA's defence. They need to run this more with Diaw/Thomas (even though thomas didn't have as much success with it) in conjunction of getting out and running as often as they can. It's not nearly as pretty as a Nash/Amare pick and roll but I'm sure the suns will take anything they can get right now.

The one positive is that the suns have no pressure right now. Everyone believes (and maybe rightfully so) that this series is over.
When the series started all the pressure was on the suns because they were the favorite (which is a big reason for how tight they were), now that none of the pressure is on them, they at least should be able to play free and loose the rest of the way.

I managed to not injure myself or throw any objects after those horrible calls. That's positive.

Positive? Sure, I'll get a lot more done now that I won't be wasting time watching anymore basketball this year. I didn't put my foot through the tv either.

Mike, you are right. We don't have the bigs to match up with anyone this year. Next year with a healthy Amare and KT, it could be like a hot knife through butter. Plus, if we get one big out of the draft that contributes, we will be a tough team. Right now the Lakers are rotating the center down the lane to stop Nash and covering all the three shooters. No way they can do that with KT, and especially not Amare. Those threes will be open next season. :)

Are they related to the 1972 munich refs? Nash got hacked both at the end of regulation and overtime and the whistles were swalowed

At this point in time, I think the series is over and would prefer the suns lose, and don't delay the pain in further series. I think we have no prayer of winning the west with out kurt. That being said I would like us to win just for the sake of getting some of our guys some more playoff experience for next year. The farther we go I think the better it will be for the future. I will watch tuesdays game ( I think thats when the next game is?) but I won't be antisapating any thing good to happen, if we lose I can get on with my real life untill next season!

I thought Tim Thomas had a huge game. I can't believe he played defense and was good at it
