I know the coaches think leg weights might help improve burst but they need to take them off the defense during a game... or stop using them altogether

You said giving the new GM carte blanche...that would include a new QB, potentially.

You have to be willing to live with giving up on 2 top 10 QBs in consecutive years, with your wish.
