Pool report w/ referee Bruce Hermansen on timeout situation at end of #AZvsSEA gm: "It was my error. We gave them (SEA) the additional timeout because of the incomplete pass stopping the clock before the injury occurred. When in effect, the clock has no bearing on the play at all, whether it's stopped or running, we should not have given them (SEA) the additional timeout."

Did anybody actually see the head ref signal a Seattle timeout on the injury? I am not sure what really happened there.

We all knew it was the wrong call, just like last year against the Gmen on the fumble that never happened! Complete BS, but luckily it didn't cost us a game this year! :bang: would the Giants even have made the playoffs?

I'm sure the league wouldve just sent Wiz & his players an apology letter if we did lose, hopefully nobody loses a playoff berth over these jackasses!

That was about the closest I've ever seen where the refs totally lost control of the game AND the crowd! My whole section was about to jump on the field! Incredibly pathetic!!

Its an automatic if the training staff has to come out and attend to someone in the final 2 minutes.

My favorite was on the first bogus PI call on Peterson. The closest ref grabs his flag then leaves it in until he looks around and seeing another ref throw his flag from halfway across the field grabs his again and throws his as well.

Man I feel sorry for those FCS teams that have these fools for referees on a regular basis.

This was by far the worst officiated game I have ever seen and I've seen some bad ones.

I can't believe we didn't lose- collapse was snowballing- I was pissed when we left Beanie on the bench after the turnover- and then again on Kolb's drive. but it worked out.
We had 18 carries for 41 yards at the time so it was mute- Our poor defense was on the field forever they had like 12 more offensive plays than us. So The extra rest helped.
PP was called- Gay's PI was not pI. ticky tack for 4 more downs in the redzone.
I hope I never see that Heath call another game- slobbering love affair with Seattle- All slobbery over Nipsey Russell with 50 some passing yards- annoyed me the whole game.

We got the bottom feeder refs and annoucers - it was obvious.

agreed on refs and announcers. Not on Beanie. He's hurt. I thought they shouldn't have even dressed him

The funny thing is, I was watching on Fox and they have the expert ref to give insight on what they feel is going on and what they feel the call should be. Well after the replacement refs gave their explanation that SEA still had a timeout and that they would be charged their final time out to stop the clock, the FOX expert ref immediately responded "they are incorrect, the injury to Baldwin under 2 minutes became a timeout but unfortunately the damage is done as there is no penalty for teams to call a time out when they do not have any remaining. The delay in trying to determine the timeout situation stopped the clock for SEA and allowed them to regroup" Total BS and I did not know there is no penalty for calling a time out when you don't have any, Chris Webber probably thought he was playing in the NFL in 1992 NCAA final.

My favorite SDS - Bad Reffing - memory doesn't involve the fans...but when Seth Joyner went completely postal, after a penalty...He tore his helmet off and threw it across the field...screaming at everyone in his path, as he was kicked out of the game. I really thought he was going to hurt somebody.

yeah... I was tasting blood during that ridiculous 5 minute stretch... AND THEN they get the call wrong on top of it? That, along with a couple other TERRIBLE calls and for once, I would have had no problem with anyone blaming the refs if we had lost.

luckily... WE DIDN'T!

Serious, Wiz definitely works some magic at the UoP... before him, EVERY ONE of these types of games ended in a L and now, the overwhelming majority of the close ones, we walk out with welcomed, bewildered smiles on our faces.

I am guessing Goodell will be resigning sometimes soon if this ref situation doesn't get corrected.

It would be hilarious if all the replacement refs had a Skype party tomorrow and said, "You know what? Screw it. We're outta here."

Your move, Roger.

no

nope MUTE- I didn't hear NO THING from the run game! Is RWILL that ineffective? That was with Roberts 15 yard run!

I'm still trying to figure if Seattle is that good or we are that bad at the run game? can't tell with the officiating .

I know we need more offensive plays or it will kill our defense. They were running on fumes most of the 4th 1/4.

Mike Adams did make some plays after giving up the long 3rd down conversion- They went right at him as soon as he came in - as all teams do- and he won some and lost some- but even from the 1st seattle drive on- They didn't have any yards! it was all calls for first downs.

I damn near had a stroke at the game, I was so mad about it. I really thought we were going to lose then. Thank God, we didn't, but these guys have GOT to go.
